I called at 4:30 in the afternoon and had a technician at my house by 5:45.
Great customer service Jaime explained everything thoroughly.

Our AC suddenly stopped working and we called and they came immediately and before the scheduled time. The technician was knowledgeable and took time to explain the issue. Very professional. I would recommend their service.

Workers arrived right on time and were abke to explain what actions they took to remedy the issue. Afterwards they cleaned up completely and charged what was originally quoted and nothing extra. AC running excellent now.

Amazing service!!! Even though this is the busiest time of the year our technician was scheduled only 1 day after our claim was submitted. They came at the appointment time and had our AC up in running in no time at all. 100% recommend Express Air Cooling and Heating!

I’m in my second year of using Express Air Cooling and Heating. I get my AC checked every April or May before the South Texas heat hits Laredo just as a precaution; it’s better to be proactive than reactive when there’s an issue with the system. They always explain everything they did on every visit.
I even signed up on their 2 times a year service check-up plan where they come out before the summer months and then before winter (I know our 1 month of winter here in Laredo). I also no longer have to order filters as they have those as well. Highly recommended!!!!

We only use Express Air for ac and heating needs. We’ve had maintenance packages, new system installs, and other services, always with great results. They always provide accurate dates and times for visits, give pricing estimates, and they are all very knowledgeable. If they are running late, they communicate as soon as possible. Everyone is super nice, friendly and helpful. They provide the best services for sure.
