Very bad job. Called them out to clean the main drain but did not do a good job. Drain was once again backing out within a few days and then they wanted to charge me to do it again. Would not recommend them.

Do not recommend for anyone who currently has a leak. Took two men two hours to find a leak. These guys were not professionals at all! They cut drywall thinking the pipe was there when it wasn’t and nope they didn’t fix it. They stuck a stick picking the drywall all along the baseboard until they found the correct pipe. I wasn’t aware of what was happening and only realized after they left. They tried covering up the holes they made all along one wall and made a poorly job doing so. Now im stuck with several holes in the wall. Do yourself a favor and find a professional to find a leak.

I called Ray Gomez to see if he would do a job for me. He doesn't answer his phone, and his message service doesn't work. He did call me back, but when I started to tell him what I needed him to do, he hung up on me. He didn't say "I'm not interested", or "no thank you"...he just hung up. I tried calling him back right away, and he refused to answer again. Why would anyone want to hire a man who is rude and screens his calls like that? He is the owner, and this is how he represents himself. Good luck.

Do not recommend them. I called to find a leak and when they arrived they were very unprofessional and unprepared. They got to my home without a latter or parts and wanted to charge hourly to get proper tools. Staff doesn’t explain anything.

My experience with the company was very professional from the staff to the workers. Excellent communication. The workers came in assessed the problem and within mins they knew how to fix it. Definitely would recommend.

No one wants to call the plumber for a foundation leak, because only experience can make a difference when it come to this nuances. I call for a foundation leak and this company replied promptly. They will definitely makes holes to find the leak but that's part of the process as long as is within the scope of the search for the leak. The employees that responded were able to find the leak but during the repairs they broke a tile and one of the holes was unnecessary as it was on the master bedroom which was not even close to the source of the leak. The owner was quick to take care of such inconveniences with expediency and professionalism. The price was good for the repairs as I included for them to replace my shower accessories with new ones. I research all the companies here in laredo and this one by far has provided a good service. Kudos for making me whole by conducting the repairs and correcting the mistakes and for taken responsibility. Will definitely call again. I reccomend this place for the work, experience and the communication provided by the owner.

Very unprofessional and uneducated, 76 year old male went to my house to check our water heater for possible replacement, instead he began by making sexual comments towards my daughter, once he was done checking out my daughter he went to check the water heater and said the insurance was not going to cover it and then proceeded to want to charge us $1500 to replace it despite having home insurance (american homeshield).
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS, STAY AWAY FROM IT.

I will just reffer to Mrs. Cristina Rodriguez review. That is the same issue I had with this service.

Called them back cuz toilet wasn't flushing correctly and they basically said to figure it out!!! Do not recommend this company

Mr Maldonado has many years of experience and has helped me with plumbing issues in the past.

They fixed a plumbing leak in bathroom and did an excellent job/ service very affordable price.

Not a good plumber in laredo texas he wants to overcharge
