Reviews of local pros in Laredo, Texas

I can't thank this company enough, unfortunately our house caught on fire and just like everyone we dont know what step to take next.
Choosing Serv Pro of North Laredo not just to do the mitigation but also to repair the house was the best option!
Joseph and his team goes above and beyond in every step of this long process, very professional, responsive and excellent customer service.

We all know how stressful is dealing with insurance, but with Joseph and his team guidance everything went smooth.
Definitely recommend to everyone that has to go through a situation like mine or even if you need something fixed/remodel/clean this is the company to go.

THANK YOU!

I can’t say enough good things about SERVPRO of Laredo! Their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely caring from start to finish. They handled everything with great attention to detail, making a stressful situation so much easier to navigate.

I especially want to thank Mr. Delgado and Bryan for their expertise, patience, and kindness — they truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and that I felt supported throughout the entire process. A huge thank you as well to the contractors who worked so hard, finished the job quickly, and left everything spotless. Their dedication and craftsmanship were outstanding.

It’s rare these days to find a company that combines top-notch expertise with such excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire SERVPRO of Laredo team for exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration or cleanup services!

I had a wonderful experience with ServPRo! They helped repair damage to my drywall caused by a leaking AC unit. They were professional and prompt and finished the project within 2 days. They were even able to help me paint my bathroom a new color. I could not be happier with my experience and will call them again without hesitation the next time I need some repairs!

Offered by the company 👍🏻👍🏻

John is very professional and is quick to respond and answer any questions you might have. I 100 percent recommend him for solar panel cleaning. He provided pictures of the panels before and after they were cleaned. He even went as far as providing pictures of some roof shingle damage so that I was aware that the roof may need repairs. He just goes above and beyond and I will continue to hire him in the future.

John quickly answered my request for an estimate for my project and showed up the same day and gave a very professional estime. He was very professional with explaining the whole process and made me feel very comfortable knowing he was going to do a good job. My house and driveway look great now. I plan to call him back for a yearly service.
