It was the worst service experience I've ever had. First, after waiting six weeks for them to come, the supposed technician arrived, replaced the parts that were supposedly the problem, and told us it was fixed. My wife asked him to test it, but he rudely refused and quickly left our house. When we turned it on to check, it still wasn't working, now we have to wait until next week, completely des appointed!!!!

Out of many places I called in laredo he answered the phone...after speaking with him and him questioning what the problem was he then asked for my address. I then spoke to his daughter, she said he was searching on Google for the address. The way she spoke to me was that he was on his way out the door and he will call right before arriving do I then went to the bank to get cash for his repair service...the man never showed up or called and not a word till this day.
I guess some people just don't want to work.
Anyways 2 thumbs down for Flores appliance !

Great service. Was able to diagnose the problem with the refrigerator quickly and is reasonably priced. Thank you again Mr. Estevis.

Called him to ask about repairing an electric stove. He answered, ask for my location and happen to be near by. Came in accessed the repairs needed and had all the parts and fixed within 25 mins. That is what I call service. $155 for parts and labor.

Screw this guy! We had him come couple of weeks ago to fix our dryer. Our dryer wasn’t working and was overheating so we got him to “ fix it “ but ended up failing again couple of days later! He charged us 200$ for a part that is no more than 30$ and his “ labor” was just bs! He hustled us and after we called him since he had given us 3 months of warranty he said he wasn’t working anymore due to more cases rising. He told us we can call someone else, or if wanted to wait another month to see IF he was ready to go back to work and to check what the issue is. And if there was to be another issue he’s still going to charge us despite his poor service! He knows what he did, not even 10 minutes to “ fix it!” Don’t give him your business please! Save yourself MONEY and go with someone else.

My washer failed on me on the day I needed it the most. Thankfully was able to locate Estevis appliance repair and he was able to come fix my washing machine on a busy Friday. Cost was reasonable and not overly priced, thanks again and highly recommend.

Reliable, efficient and prompt. Showed up within minutes of calling on a Saturday morning and quickly figured out what the issue was. He explained what needed to be replaced, how long it would take to receive the part and the price as well which was very reasonable. As soon as he received the part which was only a couple of days later, he followed up with us to install right away.

Great efficient service and fair prices! Our dryer went out while my in-laws were visiting from out of state and they were also impressed with Mr Estevis. They said “Wow, we wish we had someone like him back in Utah that was as trustworthy and reliable!” Would definitely recommend to others and will continue to use him for our appliance repairs in the future.

Mr. Estevis is a very professional. When you call and ask him if he can fix it he'll ask you a couple of questions and knows what the problem might be. He shows up on time & is ready to fix your appliance. He has fixed my dryer & refrigerator and l have no problems since he was here the last time. His prices are very reasonable. Don't even call him. He's not professional at all. He gets easily irritated. I asked him a few questions and got upset. He told me to call someone else and hung up the phone. He's bad news from the start. Save time, call someone else, and possibly money too.
