I contacted Mr. Lara to request service to my A/C, they did a great job, professional and at a fair value. After been at home most of the pandemic and enjoying the great Laredo summer time I realized my A/C wasn't covering all the house, I did a renovation at our home a year ago and added a substantial sq footage without replacing my A/C hoping that this wouldn't be needed. I called Mr. Lara, the did an evaluation and offer me several options to replace my A/C and increase the power and capacity, the work was seamless to me and my family, they did what they promised in a safe manner which I really appreciate. Price is fair, is not the cheapest one in the city but is highly reliable and for me that's more important than cheap when it comes to A/C since last thing I want is to re-invest or have recurrent issues. Mr. Lara registered the equipment that they installed for me and send me a copy of it for my records, couldn't be happier.

This is by far the easiest company to do business with. They came right away when I told them what was wrong. They were very professional in handling the job. Mr. Alex did a wonderful job repairing our unit. He was very open to questions and was very honest on future costs and gave me honest answers. That guy needs a raise or something, extremely good work ethic and such a respectable man. Hopefully I don’t have any issues in the near future, but if I do I’ll definitely be calling these guys......It was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be too

Erick and Jesus performed an excellent job, very reliable, needless to say that they went far and beyond expectations. From now on, they will be the company to call. Mr. Lara is very professional and reliable. Great prices and warranty. We have been doing business with Lara a/c, since three years ago, for any a/c issues.

Contacted this company to give me an estimate. The owner gave us a time of 4 o’clock. It came and went with no notice. I had to call them then they changed it to 5 o’clock. It came and went no notice. I had to call him again and now they’re saying they can’t give me an ETA. Not very professional.

I was very pleased with customer service and communication between technicians. They explained to me everything about my AC. They could have replaced the compressor for less expensive but the AC unit was already 12+ years old. It was better to replace and not keep having old AC to be serviced. After removing the old AC unit I saw for myself that it was best option. The old AC unit still used 410A refrigerant and it had old electronics that are out dated. Lara AC has definitely earned my business and highly recommend them if you need AC repairs or new AC.

Would like to thank Lara Air Conditioning and staff for the great service! I called Lara’s AC around 9am needing AC replacements and by 11am technicians Eddie and Raúl where here at my residence to begin exchange on not one AC split system but two units! By 4pm techs removed and installed both units plus two new thermostats, Eddie and Raul where knowledgeable , Proffesional and answered all my concerns! Great job guys! I would recommend Lara AC to anyone needing AC service.

So the guys showed up on time and were able to diagnose my AC problem quickly. I had so many problems with it that I already was thinking of getting a new system. They said my AC system was obsolete, which I already knew, and that I was going to keep having problems. So I said I agree. I need a new system. They gave me two choices. I went with the slightly more expensive option because I wanted a reliable system. The deal was set and they were coming the next morning to install the system.
I mentioned it to my brother in law who is a contractor. He said he could get me the same system much cheaper. To be clear, the reason I got it much cheaper is because he is my brother in law.
Lara AC offered a lower price but they could not compete with family. They promptly returned my check the same day. I give them five stars for their honesty and professionalism.
