We needed a duct cleaning and Precision Tx Heat and Air did an awesome job. TJ’s crew was very professional. They put plastic down to cover the furniture, they removed all my vents cleaned and sanitized them, they had a machine that brushed and sucked the dirt from the inside of all the ducts, and they vacuumed every area they worked in. I have a 2,000 sqft home and they were done in 4 hours. Highly recommend!

Chris and his team are the best, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Chris explained and showed me everything they were doing. Communication was great, keeping me up to date with times etc. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again

Chris came out to do my summer maintenance and not only did he made sure my system was squeaky clean but also gave me options on how to extend the lifespan on my system but gave me pointers on things I can do myself to make the sure has any minimal issues this summer. I highly recommend!!

I had precision Tx heat and ac come out because I was having issues with my air conditioner. Chris was very helpful, very efficient and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and had my home cooling in no time. I would highly recommend precision Tx to friends and family.

Called them at 7:00 pm and with in 30 mins TJ was at the house working on figuring out the problem. With in being here for 45 mins he figured the problem out and started the repair. Awesome family owed company. Would call them again for any air conditioning concerns that I had.

Called them on a Saturday afternoon that my AC went out. They were out servicing our unit within 30 minutes. Great customer service, super knowledgeable on what they’re doing. Had it up and running in 30 minutes. Highly Recommend, 100/10!

I cannot recommend this company enough! I came home to find my AC barely blowing cold air - definitely not what you want in this Texas heat especially with young kids. I called Precision TX Heat & Air and from the very first conversation, I felt like I was in good hands. They were kind, responsive, and incredibly professional.

Their technician showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and quickly diagnosed a refrigerant leak that was causing the problem. Not only did he repair the leak, but he also recharged the system and double-checked everything to make sure it was running like new. Within a couple of hours, my house was cool again and I could finally relax.

What really stood out to me was how respectful and knowledgeable the tech was. He didn’t try to upsell me or talk over my head. He treated my home and my time with care, which is something I truly appreciate.
