Do not use this company, they lied to us. On Sunday we scheduled for them to come fix electrical issues, they were able to accommodate us on Monday instead with a time frame from 3-7pm, by 7 no show, so we wait until 8, called and was told 8:30, next thing you know it's 9 and no call no show. Call answering service and they were gone. Totally unprofessional and now we are stuck on day 2 with no help! Stay away! Just terrible, telling your customer you will help but then don't. You could of at least called!

Matt was, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and ensured I had no questions before he departed. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will be requesting him by name next time we need electrical work performed.

So, the power is out to half of my trailer. Had the tech come out 12/8 to look at it. Well he fixed the short in my kitchen and said he would call and return Monday to troubleshoot why my trailer is without power. Well he never called yesterday, so I called. Lady said he would return my call and never did. So now half my trailer is still without power. Oh and its my kids side of the trailer too, so thank you for blowing us off!
