I have used Bob’s Air Conditioning & Heating for over 25 years. They have done everything for me from a seasonal system check to a complete replacement of my heating, AC and ductwork. It is always the same professional service. Today was a seasonal system checkup and Danny Ross arrived on-time and was very professional and thorough. He noticed a problem that the original installation contractor (not Bob’s) had made and corrected that issue. Bob’s is my Heating and AC service company of choice. You will be very happy with them.

Bob’s AC did an excellent job. Sean was thorough, on time, and very professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, walked me through the issue, and made sure the problem was fully resolved. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly knows their craft and cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend Bob’s AC and Sean in particular for reliable and honest service.

When our AC needed service, my wife and I decided to call Bob’s AC based on the
positive on-line reviews. Daniel was the technician who did the repairs and gave us some expert advice about how to keep our AC operating efficiently. He was informative, helpful, and I was impressed with his knowledge of how AC units operate and how well he performed the repairs. He deserves a strong Five Stars.

Sean did exceptional job of getting me a new AC system installed very quick when my old unit had failed. Carlos the installer did an excellent install of my equipment. Highly recommend them!

Daniel Cruz was the most informative and instructive technician that I have ever had. Bob's A/C and Heating gives excellent service. We've used them for many years and purchased two air conditioning units through them, and never been disappointed.

Very polite and professional and willing to answer questions. He had a coworker with him, which is unusual for bi-annual inspection/maintenance calls. So maybe someone in training, but they didn’t volunteer that information. They just said they were slow today so riding together. The other gentleman was also polite and professional. I asked them about the temp difference upstairs to downstairs and asked about ways to fix it, including damper changes to improve it, and they didn’t offer to check or try to affect any change, but said I could try that solution. I don’t know if that’s included in the annual service contract, so that may have been a normal response. Overall, I’ve been pleased with Bob’s AC/Heat/Electrical and would recommend them.

First the good: Bob’s installed my HVAC system several years ago and did at least a 4.5 star job on it, So when I had an electrical problem I called (without an appointment) for two dead electrical receptacles in my kitchen. One was a GFI and the other was a receptacle that I suspected piggybacked off of the GFI receptacle. This is how I reported it. Within a very short time, less than an hour, I received a phone call from a technician and shortly thereafter two electricians arrived. They quickly discovered that I had not properly reset the breaker for that circuit. They reset the breaker and my two receptacles were back in business.
Now the not so good: I asked that they could replace one of those receptacles (the Piggybacked one )and one other - Both were in my kitchen. That’s when they told me they didn’t have a GFI receptacle on their truck. Question: If the call was for an electrical receptacle issue in the kitchen, why would they send a truck that had no replacement parts? So basically I paid $140 for two guys to show up and reset my breaker. OK, that part was on me But again no replacement parts knowing that was the issue that I had called about in the first place. If they would’ve had the replacement parts, I would’ve been able to bring my all of my kitchen receptacles up to current electrical code and they would’ve easily gotten five stars, but I wasn’t about to pay more for somebody to leave and then come back. So basically, the two electricians and the company were were paid to flip a breaker. While this provides value to the company, Impractical terms, it provides almost no value to the customer. That’s why only two stars.

This has been a few months I will admit but when I saw their trucks driving around town I figured I would make my review. On 8/31, I called Bobs cause my AC stopped working when I came home from work. They had great reviews, I figured it was a no brainer. They got a guy out several hours later and after him poking around and not really working on anything for about 20 mins, he quotes me 17k in repairs basically saying I needed a entirely new AC and they offer payment plans if I cannot afford it. Long story short, I called my home warranty company, 200 dollar co-pay, they fixed the 500 dollar part, AC is working just fine. 98 fee to diagnose incorrectly, never calling BOBS again!
