Absolutely loved working with Harky's - incredibly knowledgeable about replacing our wood burning fireplace with gas and we had a wonderful experience working with them. Service was awesome - would highly recommend!

Came out and cleaned our chimney. Things seemed to be going well. Told us there was more that needed to be done, and we would be receiving a quote for the repairs. A week later... nothing. Attempted to call... no answer. Harky’s did eventually realize a problem with their answering service, and that they had the incorrect email for us. They tried to make the situation right and apologized for the breakdown in communication.

We can always count on Harky's Chimney to respond to any questions or problems we have. They make the effort to understand the problem and resolve it in an efficient way. They are always friendly and very patient with providing information and instructions in a manner I can understand and do when they are not around. We have been using their services for the past five years and are always satisfied with the work.

I am very pleased with the service I received from the staff at Harky's Chimney . They were prompt, courteous and took care in protecting our home and furniture. I especially appreciated that a manager, paid a visit after the work was completed to inspect and insure that the work was completed to his quality standards.

Jason is a consummate professional and we would highly recommend him for any gas fireplace repair or service. He responded promptly and arrived on time. He meticulously cleaned up the workspace when he finished his work.
We had a fireplace that was looked at a year ago and found out that the logs were not placed in the same position to function properly. Jason replaced all the logs, and cleaned all the soot in between the log chambers. He told us to get new crystals and lava rocks which were missing on the both sides. The fireplace now works perfectly !

If your considering switching from a wood-burning fireplace to a gas, then I recommend Harky's Chimney as the place to go. The selection of product to choose from is good, and the quoted costs from start to finish are fair & reasonable. The installation team was top-notch and careful to cover all items that needed to be protected before proceeding, as well as taking all the left over packaging and wrappings with them upon completion. Once installed, they also took the time to show me how to work the unit. The whole process was easy!

We were happy from initial inspection to completion. They are very professional, friendly and efficient. All communication with Harky's Chimney has been excellent. Houston, Texas 1st time servicing our chimney in over 30 years! Now we can safely enjoy our fireplace, just can't wait for winter!

Unless they are either good or really awful, I hardly ever write reviews. In this instance Harky's Chimney is an excellent business with an excellent staff. Their employee responded quickly and was kind in his responses to all of my questions. The leader of their techs gave an arrival time estimate. He arrived on time and was courteous. Prices for fireplace inserts were fair. I appreciate your wonderful service. Next year, I'll give you guys a call to arrange for our regular chimney cleaning.
