During a recent rain we discovered a leak and call Art's Roofing. Spoke to Art who came out the next day and checked roof and gave us a great price to do the repairs. His crew came out the very same afternoon and completed the work and did an excellent job. Art and his crew were all very nice and caring.

We had a leak in our roof (8 year old home). Art Roofing LLC was referred to us by a friend who had used them after hurricane Ike. Their staff were very professional, provided real time information via FaceTime in our attic on a Sunday. Then in-person inspection Monday. Problem assessed and plan explained. Crew arrived Wednesday morning on-time and confirmed repair plan. Very polite and friendly. Work was performed within projected timeline including full inspection of rest of roof and even interior attic. Will continue to use their services for long term maintenance and any other weather issues that may occur. Price quoted was price requested and very reasonable.

Art replaced my roof about 16 or 17 years ago. It has gone through 3 hurricanes and lots of storms strong enough to damage my huge trees. My roof is still in perfect condition after all of that. He and his workers did a great job and I am very grateful that they were the company I chose when I needed a new roof.

Arts Roofing did an exceptional job on my mother's home which we're in the process of selling with the closing of the house being dependent upon the successful completion and acceptance by the buyer. Communication was key as I had to coordinate with the project manager, Juan Flores, from out of state on behalf of my mother. The estimate was highly detailed and clearly defined the scope of work, materials needed, labor costs, and schedule. All options and scenarios were explained to us prior to us committing to a contract. They met the schedule even upon finding needs for additional repairs to the decking and material once the roofing was removed. Mr. Flores and his team are excellent.

I called yesterday about my roof leaking , and they came out and fixed it today. Great service and the repairs look perfect.

We worked with Juan on getting a new roof. From start to finish the process was very easy. The materials for the roof were ordered and delivered on time. The crew was at our house on time and they worked very hard in replacing the roof and some fascia boards. They did everything that needed to be done and the process was very smooth. Such an easy process working with KK and the team! Before they quoted me on any work they took pictures of the job and walked me through everything on my roof that needed to be fixed. They were on time, quick to finish the job, great quality work!

Update: Our roof had a 5 year warranty on it. We were told to call before 5 years and someone would come inspect it, make any repairs, and reseal all vent covers. Juan just finished doing that today, no salesmanship, no charge. This company is top notch and highly recommended!

I called Art's Roofing on Friday after discovering a leak. Juan came out within an hour and inspected my leak. 2 hours later he had a quote for me and even though Monday was the 4th of July they were able to install my roof on Tuesday. They could not have been more professional and competent. My roof looks incredible and the repairs are fabulous. And the job came in under the estimate. I highly recommend Art's roofing. The quote was less than we anticipated and priced well below the quotes we received from several competitors. We also received a detailed satellite image of our roof along with the quote including materials, cuts and waste estimates. They provided us with photos and a sample of roofs in a variety of colors so we could work with the buyers on a color selection: They started the job on the day as promised, finished on time and did a wonderful job of cleaning up. They worked with the inspector who came out timely as well and they provided up aerial and street side photos to show the buyer. We highly recommend Art’s Roofing! From the start when Juan came out to give me an estimate to the very end when they pulled out of my driveway when the roof was done being installed was a great experience. The biggest thing is Art's roofing work is second to none. The install and workmanship is top notch! You can tell the Company is a professional roofing company and everyone that I came in contact with was happy to work for Art's roofing and were proud of the work they do. Everyone took pride in what they were doing. What makes all that even better is there prices are reasonable and fair. Went on a cruise and met Art and his wife. LOVELY people, great personalities, and he truly cared about his business even when on vacation. Would highly recommend working with these people! If I need a roof in Chicago, I’m calling him!

We had Art’s Roofing do a special installation for us and they were on time and did a quality job at a very good price. This was a complicated job of mounting a large cupola on the roof of our three story home. He brought out his team and they did it very efficiently. The installation was somewhat complex. They read the detailed directions on the installation plans and followed it exactly. This is the second project I’ve had them do on a home I owned, and they have been excellent both times.

We have worked with Arts for years on small repairs. They were always honest and never pushed for a full replacement. After Beryl it was clear our 17+ year old roof needed to be replaced. Arts did a great job! Hand nailed, on time each day, picked up the yard with little or no evidence they were even there after they were done. Very professional and pricing was on point. May's hail storm did a number on my roof. A friend recommend Art's Roofing ... I couldn't be happier with their workmanship. It was a pleasure working with Juan. He is the consummate professional ... extremely knowledgeable and very personable. The work crew arrived promptly at my residence at 7:00 AM and finished up by 1:00 PM. When they left, excluding the sight of my beautiful new roof, you would never have known that they had been there. All the debris had been totally removed from the premises. Without hesitation, I would wholeheartedly recommend Art's Roofing to service your roofing needs. Oh by the way, they offer great pricing as well.
