Excellent experience with Bear Electric. Had an outdoor outlet go out Sat AM and was able to book a Monday appointment online. Scott called early Monday to talk through the issue and schedule repair. Bear Electric installed a whole house generator for me in March 2025. This also involved extensive updates to my homes outdated service connections. Scott explained all of the work in detail and provided a detailed estimate. The work was completed on schedule with high quality and the generator performed flawlessly on the few occasions it was needed last year. I recently contacted Bear to review the suggested annual maintenance on the system. The work was promptly scheduled and completed per the quote.

Scott installed our Generac a few years ago and did a great job. It was time for our annual maintenance and Logan came out the next day to complete the service work. Very professional, explained any issues, and make those corrections in a timely manner. I highly recommend BEAR ELECTRIC!

I had technicians came to fix my a/c. They installed a new disconnector breaker, but the a/c is still not working. So, I called Bear Electric and Scott came. He quickly found out one of the fuses was not working. Then he communicated the a/c folks very nicely and explained details. He also helped me to save money - a/c company willing to pay for Scott's invoice for me. Big help!! Thank you, Scott ！

I do a lot of research before choosing a contractor and man, how Tino blew my expectations away! I sent Elite an email for a quote and received a very timely response at a extremely reasonable price for the expertise and experience of a master electrician. Tino and Angel added a 14-50R, added a home surge protection device, replaced a worn A/C breaker, replaced a sensitive AFCI, helped me troubleshoot a couple things around the house, and educated and provided recommendations for some additional things. I had several electrical things that needed to get done around our our home for the last several years. I appreciate the affordable pricing, which made it feasible. At the time of service our home was quite chaotic with the combination of a kitchen renovation and homeschooling 4 children. Tino and his father were super professional and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about them. I have had difficulty finding a good electrician in the past (horror stories abound), but this was the opposite. They were quick to arrive, actually knew what they were talking about, and they took great care of me.
Not to get into too many details, but my issue ultimately was due to the meter that's owned by the city. They helped call PEC on my behalf, told them what needs to happen, expedited it, and it worked like a charm. Everything was fixed with minimal fuss and that was not what I was expecting.
Specifically, Yolanda came to the rescue. Not all heroes wear capes. :)

Elite Electrical are truly the best electricians in Austin. Family owned business and they take pride in what they do. They installed a ceiling fan and camera door bell in no time and for a great price. Other places I called had outrageous quotes. The Elite Electrical team is amazing. Came out to give a quote and was able to schedule an install for an EV 240v plug that same week. When my schedule changed, they were super accommodating in a re-schedule. Install took about 30 mins (only a 12' outdoor run) and looks seamless with the home.

Tino did amazing job helping us with a repair. After storm we lost power in 2 of our rooms and he troubleshoot the issue, figured out what happened and fixed the problem. He was very nice, explained everything he was doing and in general it was an awesome experience. Strongly recommend, amazing guy!
