I recently hired Hustle Maids for a deep cleaning of my home, and I can honestly say they exceeded all expectations. Unreal cleaning service. They had tons of roadblocks from a property standpoint and overcame them all. I had to get a professional cleaning when moving out of my townhome (3b 2.5ba) and just picked one randomly. I cleaned myself not expecting much difference but it was night and day after they finished. I'm not wasting the energy next time and just hiring this team straight away. Highly recommend.

Look how sweet they left our place! The people that came were so attentive and they barely paused to drink water that's how focused they were. I'm really glad I hired them and I intend to do so again so we can keep our house nice and clean.

We had two nice young ladies show up. They got to work very quickly. The first three rooms were finished in 25-30 minutes and I started to get worried. We do keep a tidy house but we still need a deep cleaning which is what we paid for. $498.76 to be exact. An hour and a half in to a 3-4 hr cleaning and they said they were done. I went to one location and found multiple areas that needed cleaned. After the third time going back to show them that the house still wasn’t clean. Meanwhile I’m being very nice to these ladies. I even told them they have full access to the butler pantry if they wanted any snacks. The last time they came to get me to ask me to check their work, I went to one tv, wiped the top and it was still dusty, went to a mirror and did the same, went to the blind in that room and it wasn’t cleaned either, at this point they said they cleaned it three times and they were done. I am going to keep searching for a good cleaning company. The owner called and was nice about it. Turns out we keep a pretty clean house and they didn’t see any hat needed cleaned. Update. The owner called to apologize and let us know he terminated the employees that were out. We asked him to keep the staff on board, but train them properly.

I would give them zero stars as it’s been over a week that I requested a quote and provided dates requested for service and I’ve yet to be contacted. I had heard a lot of positive feedback from others who used their service, but unfortunately, I won’t find out for myself.

I’m really happy with the service, I can’t believe how good they are and how they carefully take care of every place of the house, cleaning places where I didn’t even imagine needed to be cleaned. I booked a deep cleaning and cleared my day to be home, but they didn’t bother to give me a specific arrival time. I had to reach out, and only then did they tell me they’d come at 1 PM. Total lack of communication and really unprofessional. I canceled—waste of time. Can’t trust them with my time, can’t trust them with my house!

Edit: Let’s clarify a few things: I booked the semi-deep cleaning service four weeks in advance, and when I requested an upgrade to a deep cleaning on October 24th, you agreed. If you knew a deep cleaning would take longer, you should have scheduled an earlier start time instead of waiting until 1 PM. So don’t turn it around on me because i have a hard stop at 4pm!

Your explanation about lack of communication due to no cell service doesn’t line up either—I reached out, and you responded immediately.

As for my reviews, I always give honest feedback based on my experiences. I’m not ‘making up stories’ or ‘gaslighting’; I say it as it is. Your response makes me question if your five-star reviews are as genuine as mine.

Good service is about more than just the cleaning itself; it’s also about respecting your client’s time and being proactive with communication. Unless you expect customers to wait around all day or give out their door codes, professionalism matters. If I can’t trust you with my time, I certainly can’t trust you with my home
