Another great service call from TemperaturePro. Cornelio was out here within a couple hours of me calling, and he wasn’t shy about getting up into our office’s drop ceiling to work on our air conditioner (the pic doesn’t do him justice as he had to come down for it). If you lease office space in Austin, call TemperaturePro today and ask them what happens if you don’t regularly clean your condenser coils.

Our AC went out in the heat of summer. David with Temperature Pro Round Rock was very efficient in installing our brand new AC. There crew arrived at 7am and were done by 1pm. They were very professional walking up and down the stairs. They put the old AC and it was picked up within 2 hours. Our home is cooling fantastic and our system is quite. Highly recommend their services.

My AC went out yesterday evening, and let me tell you… it got HOT fast! But a HUGE THANK YOU to Jeremy at TemperaturePro Round Rock for coming to the rescue!

Temp pro tech Jason is very Knowledgeable and courteous, he is on time for every call,, he takes time to explain what needs to be done, He makes sure the work area is clean when has completed work. Use them for all my HVAC needs. I highly recommend Jason and Temperature Pro

Jason showed up on time and took the time to thoroughly check our AC both in the attic and outside. The system was running fine, but there was a concern the contact piece would possibly go out in the near future. He did not try and talk us into replacing it because the reading was fine, but there was a strange odor, so we decided to change out the piece while he was still here.

Jason was the best. I debated for 2 days and looked online and searched for reasonable and honesty. Then popped up temperature pro. The first review said honest dependable and that they were very reasonably priced. Jason came out here and in no time flat he had our AC working. I prayed on it for 2 days because I was worried how much this was going to cost or that I was going to be ripped off. Whenever I called the lady at the front desk was so nice and sweet. Then Jason coming out here and being very knowledgeable and taking care of us. It is almost cold in our house now. He explained everything to us and was very detailed. I swear I could not be happier on the integrity and the price. Thank you so much Jason!! Thank you so much temperature pro. I will tell everybody about y'all. This time around I purchased a service plan. Not only did I get a discount on the service call I also got a big discount on the part. To get my AC working again and to get it cold Plus they're going to do routine maintenance on it. I would give them a million stars if I could. I would give Jason H a trillion stars. He is really a cool guy and very easy to talk to. He explains everything in detail. If everybody would just give them a call everybody else might just go out of business. My experience so far with TemperaturePro Round Rock has been outstanding. It is obvious that they really care about their customers. Their technician Jason did super work servicing our system. They make a great effort to communicate, show up on time, and do excellent work at a reasonable cost. Unfortunately, not all service companies operate this way. I found that out the hard way.

Jeremy C came and check and gave right advice to bring back the system working. Next day followed up with user and make sure that the unit is working fine. Awesome

Jeremy was wonderful. He was very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic towards our situation and got the air conditioner working again. He definitely knows what he is doing and explained everything every step of the way. I especially appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain everything to me. Given our current situation, I now have to take care of things around the house that my husband normally would have done. I have unfortunately found that a number of contractors think that just because I am a woman that they don’t have to explain things to me. Some have actually tried to scam me thinking that I would not have any idea.
I would recommend Temperature Pro to anyone needing service for their air conditioner. Jeremy C was top notch and truly caring of my situation and he made a point to help us out even though his day was full. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful that we don’t have to spend the weekend without air conditioning especially since it’s still very hot outside. My large downstairs unit was on the fritz. Mr. Suamy with TemperaturePro came out the day after I called for a consult. After a extremely through diagnostic process (of which I observed the entire thing out of my own curiosity) my unit was very low on freon. That was a problem because I had another companies technician come out and top it off only six months prior. Mr. Suamy suggested a freon leak detection be conducted. I agreed.

The following day, Mr. Jason came out and completed the leak detection and refilling of freon. No leak was detected. The A/C was working great and I was happy. A week later TemperaturePro receptionist/scheduler called me to check in to make sure I was happy. She also scheduled Mr. Jason to come back out and do another leak detection now that the unit was topped off and working correctly. It was no charge seeing how I had paid for the detection previously.

Next day, Mr. Jason was back out. Unfortunately he was able to locate a small leak in the attic coils. He advised it was best to have it replaced, yet was not pushy about me doing it quickly. Very respectful.

Turns out my unit was under a 5 year warranty and I was at 4 years and 11 months. TemperaturePro did all the warranty work for me, and got me new coils for free under said warranty. Within 5 days, Mr. Suamy and Mr. Eliot were at my house doing the replacement. The owner of the company, Mr. Raul even stopped in to make sure the work was being done immaculately. The unit was cleaned up and resealed with multiple and various ways to ensure the coils were insulated properly. This new one looks so much cleaner than the builder installed one, and is bulletproof.

Due to the warranty, all I had to pay for was the labor and the tiny top off of freon. Instead of costing me thousands upon thousands of dollars, I ended up paying about a fourth of what it would've cost if I had to pay for the materials (coils) as well.

I appreciate TemperaturePro in handling all the warranty headache, and having an owner and employees that advise of a problem yet are not pushy to sell you on a solution. They let thier work and reputation do the sale for them. I will 100% be suggesting TemperaturePro to neighbors and friends and family going forward on any HVAC needs.

Today we had a great experience with Jason! He was here on time, got right to work and explained the process along the way. Jason knew what he was doing, and did not give up even when the repair required additional attention. We were highly pleased with the outcome and would recommend him to anyone!

Jeremy came out and had my problem diagnoses in about 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, the AC was working. We will be using them from now on.

We we referred by a company we trust to Temperature Pro. Scheduling was easy, communication with the company was clear, and appointment was on time. Our service technician Jason was thorough and professional. He answered all of our questions. Great service!

TempPros were able to send someone out next day. They had an after hours AI scheduler, which was kind of weird, but the technician arrived within the window projected. The tech was able to diagnosis the issue quickly and correctly and was able to complete the job within a reasonable price. Thank for the quick work TemperaturePros.

Update 10-28-2025:
We recently had Jason out again for the first inspection/maintenance since our new system was installed. He arrived on time as he always does, and checked it all out. It's always nice that we don't have to explain our AC to a new tech each time. All looked good and the system has been running great. Definitely "Kudos" to the install team also, since I know a lot of the quality depends on their installation. Kudos to the office staff that coordinate all this!

I've used Temperature Pro for a few years now for both home and rentals. I always request Jason since he’s familiar w the homes. I recently was told that I needed a new AC system for my home - that dreaded conversation that no homeowner wants to hear. I felt confident that was the reality, and not a line of BS that Jason was trying to pull on me. Unlike another large company here in town that no matter what they would show up for, they always tried to sell a new unit. I trust Jason’s feedback, so we went ahead w the install. Dana in the office was great, and always responded back timely. We were loaned a portable AC unit while we waited, which was really nice. Sergio and Marcus dropped off/picked up - they were both very polite/friendly. Daniel installed the system and I couldn’t have been happier with him and the other gentleman with him that day. I believe his name was Enrique, though I could be wrong. They were both terrific. As much as I like everyone though - hope I don’t have to see them for a while , while I pay this thing off now 😆
