Our technician, Jason H., is the best. He is super-experienced and is such a good and honest person. Saves us money when he can, is very transparent about what needs to be done, is articulate about complex issues, and is just generally a good fellow. You folks must have a great culture there in your company, which is hard to find these days, and I hope that Jason and other guys like him that work with you are honored often and rewarded often for their expert-level knowledge and excellent service to your customers. As always, Jeremy was a blessing! His professionalism, promptness and attention to detail are impeccable! I'm on a regular maintenance plan with Temperature Pro, and it's proved invaluable. They keep my system running year round for me! I'd like to give Jeremy a special shout out, for the way he goes above and beyond. To give you an example, I had an issue with my a/c unit this summer and because of my home warranty contract, they called out another company. Jeremy STILL took my call and helped me with a diagnosis that he did not earn a cent for...THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As long as I'm able, I will use Temperature Pro...and will ALWAYS ask for Jeremy!!!

Jason and Sergio cleaned our hvac unit, repaired the drain lines, and cleaned and fogged the ductwork. They were courteous, professional, and super helpful. The AC was not working 4 days after moving into the new house. I called our realtor and she recommended TemperaturePro. I called at 8am and Jason stopped by at 3pm. He did a walk through and found the issue right away. It was simply a light switch in the attic. It was bumped when moving extra items to the attic space. Jason walked through the house and noticed a few things with the filters and made some suggestions. We could have easily been told it was a major repair and had not known the difference. We felt so comfortable with his honesty that we signed up for the annual service.
I called my realtor and thanked her as well.

I called to have them come diagnose a leak as I knew there was a leak but didn't know where it was it turns out the customer service was AI bot which told me they do the check for leak for 89 dollars when the technician arrived he told me he needs to charge extra 199 to find where the leak is in addition to 89 dollars. I complained to their manager but they didn't do anything and I ended up paying 89 dollars for the trip. It was their fault they weren't upfront about their prices either they shouldn't have charged me the 89 dollars or should have kept their word diagnosed where the leak was and gave me estimate for the fix
