Nathaniel was so professional and easy to work with. He explained things so that I could understand. I highly, highly recommend him and this company. I won’t ever use another company other than Roto Rooter.

Barry was super professional, took care of the problem promptly, offered preventive advice and left the workspace tidy. He also loves dogs. No complaints!

My husband and I have said this over and over… “Roto-Rooter is a very honest company”. Their employee Nate is a kind and helpful employee. He gave us peace of mind that our issue was resolved. I wish that there could be more employees like Nate in this world. He’s a keeper.

Where do I begin? So many wonderful people working to get us back into our home. Starting with Geri, who has been wonderful in explaining everything that was going to happen always being available to answer all my questions.
Barry and his assistant for fixing issues with clearing out pipes so toilets and shower work properly. Peter, the camera man who sent over Justin and assistant to dig to remove blockage from outside line. Master Plumber Jose and Jesus for rerouting pipes. Matthew and assistant for taking drying out moisture from floors and removing old tile throughout the house.
When I mentioned assistants...it's just because I don't remember their names, but by no means they part of this wonderful team of workers and their work is greatly appreciated.
It's not over, but soon we will be back in the comfort of our home.🙂

Rudy did an excellent job with our repair job. He was very professional, timely and took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend!

Elvis was awesome! He came in and listen to me describe the problem and he walked me through all the steps he was going to take to fix the issue. Luckily enough once he got under my sink and opened it up, the problem wasn’t as bad and a quicker fix. Super kind gentleman. Highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter!

Mark came out and assisted us when we suspected our toddler flushed a toy. Mark was kind, informative, punctual, and even showed us the toy after he removed it. 10/10 definitely recommend - ask for Mark!

I can't say enough good things about Elvis and his supervisor Auden at Roto Roover ! I had a major issue with my sewer drain backing up, and I was worried about a costly repair. They came out, inspected the problem thoroughly, and even used a camera (late night) to check the line.

After a careful investigation, they determined that the blockage was actually in the city's sewer line, not my property —all for free!. Instead of trying to charge me for unnecessary work, they advised me to contact the city, saving me a huge expense. Their honesty and professionalism were truly refreshing!

If you're looking for a plumber with integrity, Elvis/Auden/Roto-Rooter are the one to call. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services in the future!

Had an upstairs bathroom that was leaking so callled Roto-Rooter to fix problem. They were able to get a tech out that same day to fix the problem. James, our tech, did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem right away. He even gave some tips on how to prevent any future issues from happening. He was very friendly and did a great job. Would definitely use their services again.

Just had another drainage issue and these guys identified the issue quickly and got is working again quickly!
I’m looking forward to getting new toilets installed soon and having them back for that.
The guys that have come out so far are always friendly, helpful and know their jobs very well.
They have never tried to upscale or recommend anything we don’t need, in fact, they offer advice on how to save money when possible, and that honesty is not something you see very often these days!
Knowing that the repairs we did today are guaranteed for the next 6 months, is a cherry on top of the cake!
When the plumbers leave, I feel secure knowing that if the issue returns in the next 6 months, the plumbers will be back to fix it at no cost, and you cannot beat that at any price! Great job! You guys rock!!!

I had a water leak on Friday afternoon of a long holiday weekend. Called Roto Rooter and Robby arrived in less than half hour. He assessed the situation, reminded me to call my insurance company to get claim started. He arranged for Remediation Team to come out, and Dana and Chris came out almost immediately. They set up equipment to remove water and moisture.They came out again to remove floors and set up dryers. They were very professional and respectful of my property. Robby made arrangements for plumber to come out to fix leak, and for several other services I didn’t when know I needed. He has checked in with me each day to give me updates and answer any questions I have and has gone above and beyond to help. I met with Jerry, who took wall samples and Marla and Jacob, who check readings on dryers. They keep me informed when they come and go from my house. I am just blown away at the services they have provided and appreciate how everyone has communicated with me as I go through this process. Although I am still not finished, I highly recommend Roto Rooter and will definitely use them in the future.

I've been a customer of roto rooter twice now with the same plumber James. He is the most knowledgeable, professional and just all around nice guy you could imagine. First visit was an emergent visit for a busted shower pipe. He was able to get everything fixed and repaired in record time. As new home owners he even took a look at a few different things and gave his expert opinion. Really going above and beyond. Second time was for a schedule visit to have some leaking faucets exchanged. Again very professional, quick, but high quality work. I highly recommend James.

Sewage line backed up early Sunday morning, and Roto Rooter was there within two hours. Mark was able to fix it quickly and was friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful service and he was very professional. Will use them again if needed!

Roto - rooter dispatched a plumber in less than a hour to check my sink. Rudy was very quick and efficient, he helped me solve my garbage disposal issue very promptly. Would 100% use Roto-Rooter again!

Nate arrived within an hour of my panicked called for help. In addition to being a very nice guy who is easy to talk to, he's quite good at his job. In 10 minutes he'd cleared the blockage I had spent a couple of hours trying to fix. He then cleaned everything up, including the scratches I had made on the porcelain. It was a totally positive experience.
