Brack really came to our rescue after the recent ice storm. Our huge oak tree lost several large limbs that blocked the street. He and his crew came and cleaned them up in short order. Later we needed some branches trimmed before the electricity could be turned back on. He came out right away and took care of that for a very reasonable price. He's a joy to work with!

Brack was a freaking Rock Star!! He went far above and beyond our expectations and not only resolved our problem areas but gave our home a much needed face lift by making our trees look so healthy and fresh!! We are so grateful to have had him do such a thorough and quick job!

Brack and his folks from B&M Tree Service LLC are such a great team to work with. Last week's freezing rain damaged quite a few trees around my house. Some thick branches are hanging there and pretty close to my house, which make me nervus. I contacted quite a few tree services companies, but they either too busy to take care my trees in near future, or too expensive to hire. While I am very frustrated, Brack and his team came for a rescue. Brack managed to put me at the earliest spot on his calendar and came with team exactly as planned. They worked like a well-tuned machine and work my trees in such a way that I can see they know their jobs from inside out. They cleared those hanging branches, hauled away those fallen on the ground, and smashed them into small chunks to haul away. Brack also explained to me that oak tree wounds are prone to some bugs and need to seal to protect the trees. His team cleaned all broken points and seam them for good. At the end of work, they carefully cleaned my yard to make sure no debris left behind. What a great service. Brack and his team are for sure my number one choice to maintain my trees in the future.

Good guys did an excellent job taking down our tree. Would recommend them to other people. Very friendly crew and they did a great job with the clean up.

Brack came out and gave me a quote the very next day (on a Saturday no less) to look at 3 oak trees that needed care. Price was extremely fair. Then they came out on Sunday and did an incredible job. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are doing something they truly love and it shows. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. There's no camera icon to add photos or I would. They even sealed the cuts to prevent oak wilt.

Edit: they even put all my wife's stuff back where it goes and raked the yard. Very stand up people.

After the storms rolled through Houston last week, Brack and his team made the trip from Austin to help. They did a great job removing damaged trees and debris. I would highly recommend B&M tree service.

I contacted B&M Tree Service to have some fallen trees removed after the recent storms. Brack came out to evaluate the work needed then a few days later workers came out and removed the fallen trees from my yard. I was amazed that the work was completed as quickly as it was, considering the amount of trees that were damaged during this last storm and how busy they must have been.
I would definitely recommend B&M and use them again if needed.

A storm caused a huge oak tree to lean and I was afraid that it would fall on my house when another storm came. A good friend of mine recommended B&M Tree Service. The young man I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to come out the very next day. His workers were polite and expedient. They even cleaned everything up as if it was never there. I would highly recommend this company for all your tree cutting needs. Thank you B&M for saving my house.

I needed to trim some limbs from my backyard that was hanging over my fence. Brack came out that day gave me a great estimate and within a few hours the limbs were all gone. He did exceptional work and cleaned everything up before he left. I highly recommend his services.

I hired B&M Tree Service to perform preventive maintenance tree pruning before a winter storm event. These guys were fast, efficient, worked safely and they cleaned up everything.
If you need some major tree pruning service. these guys are an excellent choice! B&M Tree Service exceeded my expectations.

Great experience for cleaning up about 12 trees, some large and some small. They were willing to listen to our concerns as well as provide professional feedback, with explanation, for why some of our wishes may be longer term issues. The end result was great for looks and tree health. Our property was left very clean with all cuttings hauled off as well! The price was fair and well worth the expertise, and I am fully willing to refer and will reuse B&M Tree Service next time I have a need.

I needed 3 trees trimmed at my house, and I called on a Friday morning to request a quote. Brack was able to come out the same day to look at my trees. He gave me an extremely fair quote while educating me as to what needed to be done. B&M Tree Service was able to come out the following Sunday (2 days after the initial consultation) and did a wonderful job!! This team is professional and did amazing work while also cleaning up and hauling off every branch. I am thrilled with B&M Tree Service and will definitely be contacting them in the future to keep my trees looking beautiful! Don't hesitate to call this company to care for your trees.

Brack and his crew do great work at a fair price. They have been taking care of my trees for years. Highly recommend.

I would not ever recommend this place to anyone, incredibly rude and disrespectful owner

Does not take care of property broken by employees.if you hire this guy be home and watch closely.

Edit: I got your many text messages. “Take care of me,” what does that mean? I hope it is a promise of restitution and not a threat. We did talk about this, I just do not agree with your assessment.

Addition: I did not request a quote from you. Your employee broke my property then you lied saying you had him lowering branches with a rope. I was watching him. He had no rope. He was throwing beaches off the roof.

Called asking about availability for the removal of a branch that had fallen on my property. He said he may have time the next day and to text my address and description of the issue. No response. About 24 hours later I texted him again and found out he knew he was booked but decided to ghost me I guess? Now I still need the branch removed and I had a day of my time wasted. I would recommend a more responsive company if the work you are looking for is time sensitive.

Edit: You coming by my house and looking in my windows after you got a bad review is not customer service. You should be more careful doing stuff like that, people have gotten shot for less.
