Tree reviews in Leander, Texas

Josh and his team are so professional!! They did a great job cutting down an old dead oak & trimming out grand oak beautifully!! We will definitely have them come back for more work!!

If I could: this would be zero stars! I filled out the free estimate online. A WEEK later, Josh got to me in a text asking what time to show up for the estimate. A WEEK after, he called and asked what I needed done and set up an appointment for that day to see what he can do. THREE WEEKS later, no call, no show. Won't answer phone or text! The job was just two broken branches that needed to be removed! Nothing big at all! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Even though they have 5 starts.....for what?!?! Not showing up!

Hector and his three man crew showed up on time and got right to work. In three hours they removed our beloved, but very diseased American Elm. Cleaned up, and hauled away all of the limbs, branches, and body of the tree. And finished off by cutting the trunk of the tree to ground level. Very happy with Box Tree service and their fair competitive pricing. Great communication from start to finish. We will be calling them back for our next go round with our trees. Highly recommended. Check them out and see for yourself. Top shelf all the way.

Box did a great job! Went above and beyond what we needed done. Great clean up when they were done, even chopping up our extra limbs we had already cut before!

This is an excellent group of professionals. We had a mega pine tree that had died. They were able to take it down, quickly and efficiently with no damage to anything around it. They were friendly and informative about how they were going to do it. I would highly recommend them.

**Josh was recommended by several neighbors **
I called Josh hoping that I would be able to get a quote the next day since it was urgent, luckily he was close by and was able to stop by the same day. We needed clearance for a project our contractor was working on by the chimney. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process, he wasn’t pushy about getting the sale as most companies are.
He was also nice enough to give me a ball park on the rest of our property since we have a lot of trees. Josh made the process feel so easy so I decided to go with his company.
A few days later they were able to stop by which worked out perfectly, they were very professional and quick and they cleaned up after themselves, which is a plus!! I look forward to working with Josh and his team again, as it’s almost time to get these trees maintained. Thank you!

We recently moved to Leander and had been wanting to clear our land- we reached out to Josh and he was able to accommodate us to his schedule the same week. They took care of all the trees we spoke about and even exceeded our expectations. Josh himself is very respectful and a family guy- will be using Josh and his team for all our future projects!

I recently hired Box Tree care company to prune and shape my overgrown trees, and I am very satisfied with the results! Their team was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and left my yard looking immaculate. They kept me informed throughout the process, answering all my questions and addressing concerns.
They left my yard spotless, removing all debris and leaving no mess behind.

I highly recommend Box Tree Care Company for any tree care needs. Their dedication to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction shines through in every aspect of their work.

Josh and his team were very easy to work with. He was responsive, timely, answered all my many questions, and our overgrown tree looks great! Would highly recommend!

Joshua and his team were great from start to finish. They were great at communicating, and very knowledgeable when they came out to perform the estimate. The work was completed within a week, and the trees look great!

I highly recommend Box Tree Care! I've used them for my home and my clients' properties, and they always do an excellent job. They show up on time and work hard all day, making sure everything is done right.
The close up pic I’m including are of a tree we needed cut A certain way to be able to see the lake from the second story. The panoramic pic is from the backside of the house (drone).
I really appreciate our conversations about the trees—before, during, and after the work. They listen to my thoughts on where to cut and offer great insights. I'm consistently satisfied with their work, and I appreciate their professionalism and dedication. If you need tree care, definitely give them a call!

From first meeting Josh and his crew were impressive. Incredible customer service by Trey and team on site to prune trees. Multiple pricing options with service plan options with Josh. Team just did an amazing job and we will be repeat customers. Thanks team!

We are newer to Texas so it was a pleasant surprise to deal with such an upfront and honest
business like Box Tree Care! The owner, Josh, came out on short notice and addressed our tree root problems with quick and affordable solutions!
He was easy to work with and true to his word.

I was referred to Box Tree Care because my front trees needed a decent trim. Scheduling was easy and convenient. When Josh came out to look at the trees, he was knowledgeable and provided a detailed plan for how to trim the tree and how to keep them healthy. Pricing was clear and reasonable. 10/10 would recommend.

Great service at competitive price. They were able to remove my hazardous tree immediately. It was quick and looked great afterwards. The additional landscape work was great too.

We are using Box Tree Care for our yearly maintenance on our gigantic pecan and elm tree and a few other trees on our property. Josh and his team are fantastic. They have gone above and beyond to get the job done at a fair price and we are excited to continue working with them for our future landscaping jobs.

Box Tree Care had excellent communications with us throughout. Owner kept in touch and, once the contract was signed, the trimming we requested was completed in less than 48 hours. Highly efficient.

Very satisfied, would definitely use them again. Josh and his team were very thorough, efficient, and very fair on pricing. They did a great job of clean up as well

Josh and his crew were prompt, professional, and delivered as promised. They took down my big, scary, dead tree without any damage and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Box Tree Care gave me a very competitive price and delivered superior value. I will definitely have them back out in a few months to treat my ailing oaks.

Love working with Box Tree Care. They have done work for me personally and for clients that I work with. Can’t go wrong with Box!

Wow, an honest fair priced tree service in Austin that is a certified arborist… hard to believe, right…. Josh, the owner and an Austin native was on site and very knowledgeable, especially regarding the oak wilt epidemic that Austin has. Best of all the estimate was exactly what he quoted.
Cleared the dead twigs out and throughly cleaned the property before leaving. Very pleased…. I will use them again..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
