NELSON INSTALLED A BRAND NEW A/C UNIT THAT DO NOT WORK AND LEFT AND IS NOT RETURNING PHONE CALLS. HE RAN OFF WITH OUR MONEY. He was sent by American Home Shield which is a crappy company.

A/C wasn't cooling. American Home Shield sent Element. Austin was very professional, informative and courteous.
The drain line was clogged.

Horrible service by this company. The tech that came to my home could not figure out how to fix an issue that should have been found right away. Left my home saying the ac was fixed when the system was throwing hot air. I called their office to request support from supervisor and no call back that day nor the next morning. Our evening temperature reached 90 degrees. I was able to get another person to come see what was wrong. In about 20 minutes he figured out the issue was the compressor, changed it and AC worked.

Just got my AC unit fixed by Element. Great working with them. I called AHS to switch to them because they fixed my other unit yesterday. They are fast, great coordination, and cool people. I will insist on using them going forward.

These guys were awesome. American Home Shield initially sent someone else out before that wanted to charge me $3.5k for the repair and dragged their feet trying to push me to get a brand new system. Element was the opposite, they were very straightforward about what could or couldn't be done for my repair, set up repairs asap and kept me up to date on parts that were ordered. Talking to the actual repairman each time on the phone rather than just a secretary helped too because they were very honest and direct. They were able to complete necessary repairs at half the cost because they didnt bs me. Will always ask for Element in the future.

Ryan was sent out to change out some of my Ducts....not only did he change them, he went out of the way to re-seal ALL of the connections.. He was very professional, neat and thorough, despite working in an extremely hot attic.
Nelson also stopped by to bring more material, to make sure Ryan was on course and didn't have to stop working.
Ryan also showed and sent me the before and after pictures of all the work completed.

Nelson, Austin and crew were professional, knowledgeable and competent. Mutual respect amongst co-workers. Our machine was 26 years old and they were able to trouble shoot and get the new HVAC installed without a problem. They worked diligently all day until the project was finished. I highly recommend!

The technicians and service I received from Element HVAC were outstanding. Submitted a service request with AHS on Sunday by Monday afternoon had an appointment with Element. Techs came out and diagnosed issue. Part was unavailable but by end of day I had an another appointment for Tuesday morning to get AC fixed. Techs came out Tuesday and within 30 minutes my AC was up and running. Thanks Element I will definitely recommend your company!!

Had a little problem in the beginning, took 3 trips to fix my AC however they never hesitated to come out same day I called and they worked very hard and fixed my problem, I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them! Thank you Austin and his helper( forgot his name ) young man with pretty black curly hair! Jessie, the owner, had a hand in this also, so a big thanks to him!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It is a scam via American HomeShield. They came for a tune up, looking at the INSIDE air handler. The technician said that I need to put in another request for another technician to come back and repair so I did. Out of the blue they said that the OUTSIDE condenser unit needs to be replaced and quote a ridiculous amount for the system and installation. I didn’t want to proceed with any of the quote and want to cancel everything. Yet they still charge me the service fee even though I did not receive any service from them. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY !!!! I report them to Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division and the FTC
