Our AC wasn't keeping us cool this summer. We called Comfort Pros. They were here in about an hour and had us all fixed and cooling down the same day. They were polite and professional. I have no complaints. Thank you Comfort Pros

I called to have my a/c unit inspected because of what looks like mold growing at the vents. The tech never opened the evaporator coil box to see if water is standing in the pan. I told them I didn't think the evaporator was releasing enough water out of the discharge tube. I'm not happy with the service call. Kendall came out personally and reassured me the evaporator coils were clean and functioning fine and resolved all of my concerns.

Chris and Martin did an amazing job with our A/C. Company is priced affordably! This company has been to our new house twice now for different issues. The job they did today required them to crawl through 2” of mud and water for 30’. They didnt complain, come up with reasons why they couldn’t do this terrible job- They just went to work and did it. This is a rare thing in this day and age. I love this company, the employees are honest, straight forward and know what they are doing.

Comfort Pros is my Go To for AC work on our home. Their techs are professional and quick to identify and solve the problem. They have typically been out same day I've called for an appointment. This is a Blessing when the AC isn't working.
Their follow-up is great too.

Guy came out at 730pm on a sunday, which is a terrible time to be scheduled. Did his thing, got everything working, and cleaned up after himself. Total pro.

It has been about a year and a half since Kendall and his crew installed our system at our wedding venue. It has worked flawlessly since then. The installation process from beginning to end was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in my many years. They went out of their way and took extra care to make sure that the installation was right and looked the best that it could for exposed ducts in our wedding venue. So if you want friendly professional service at a fair price do not hesitate to call comfort pros.

I called Kendall and he came out on a Saturday and looked at my AC. We had to replace everything. We'd been without AC for almost a week with 107 degree temps. He took it upon himself to get everything ordered ASAP and get it installed the very next day. Very positive, polite and awesome company. His sister Kim is a great lady to do business with in the office. Thank you for a job well done. You made me feel like you really care about the people who need you. This is my second system to be replaced by Comfort Pros. Ken and his crew did an outstanding job! Bryon, Chris, and Martin replaced an aging 4ton system, worked for 2 days straight on it. They stayed till 7:30pm on one evening to ensure it was done. They cleaned up after it was all done, came out again on the 3rd day just to give it a final inspection. I will be calling them again for future updates.

Nathan and Hunter were very kind and professional. Got AC units all fixed up and running smoothly. They patiently put up with the incessant barking from the dogs and gave them love and pets. I am a repeat customer with comfort pros and they will continue to get my business.

I have been using Comfort Pros since 2009 for all of our HVAC issues and installs, for all of our buildings. I called yesterday in the afternoon and they were out at my house within 2 hours. Employee showed up on time the same day I called for a service call. He replaced a minor part quickly and had my AC back up & running great at minimal cost. Very polite and overall great experience. I will call them again. Highly recommend.

Fast and reliable service. We were able to get in touch with them and schedule a service on the busy holiday weekend. Didn't take too long to get the unit fixed and running and share his knowledge. Would definitely recommend their services and would use them in the future.
