They are always wonderful! They installed seven new units and after they turned them on, there were a few that had minor thermostat be wiring issues, they came out and got them fixed up! Everything is going great. Personally, I will use no one, but Comfort Pros for home and business.

This is a great company. I have used them several times and they never disappoint. Called them after 4:30 pm and they were here within the hour. Good and reliable service at a fair price.

Chris was on time, efficient, and friendly! We have been really happy with Comfort Pros response to our various HVAC needs for several years now.

Kim contacted me within a few hours of submitting an online request on a Sunday! She was able to get me on the schedule for Monday morning. Nathan was the technician assigned and he was great. He was on time and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, he had the part on the truck and was able to get out ac up and going quickly.

Very impressed! Fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
Will definitely use again and refer to friends and colleagues.

We purchased a new Trane A/C unit from Comfort Pros in July '22 and recently opted for their annual A/C and heating checkup. They were very timely on the day of service and were there when they said they would be. Nathan was very polite and friendly and worked quickly to check the unit in the attic and outside condensor unit. We were pleased with the initial installation of the unit and with the subsequent check-up and will continue using Comfort Pros for all of our HVAC needs. I couldn't recommend them more for their kindness and great work!

The Comfort Pros is truly AMAZING!! They did a great job from start to finish installing our system. We really wanted a system that would meet our needs at all times in this Texas weather. So Kendall came out and talked us through our options, and gave us the best possible combination of practical and affordable! Since then all of the techs that have been out to keep up on regular maintenance have been so polite and professional. The office staff is always a pleasure to talk to, and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to take care of us! They are a top quality company! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Nathan and Chris were out today. They did a fantastic job of checking our our system, including cleaning what needed cleaning and measuring what needed measuring. Eventually we will need an upgrade, but for now that is all we can do in this heat. I completely recommend this company! Kim in the office is the best there is, and Kendal and his crew are as well. Great friendship when they are here to help us, and great service.

They installed a unit for us and did a fantastic job! It's been over a year now, and we had a minor issue. They came out quickly, and diagnosed that it was an issue with the smart thermostat that we wanted to keep rather than have them change out. They took care of our problem, and even though our labor warranty was out they didn't charge us a dime. This is something you rarely experience much these days. That's how you build a loyal customer base.

First time home owner and Steve took the time to answer any question I had and go over everything with me, very pleasant experience!

The customer service was fantastic. Nathan was very professional on time.And got right to the problem. I had no idea what the problem was, and he did a troubleshoot process that enabled him to pinpoint what I needed. Nathan was finished in about forty five minutes, and the charge was more than fair. I am absolutely calling them back again and would trust them with my h.V a c. Thanks guys great job.

The Comfort Pros quickly and professionally repaired our AC system. They went immediately to work, diagnosed the issue promptly, then provided a quote before proceeding with the repair to ensure we were good with moving forward. They were quick and resourceful in procuring the part needing to be replaced and had our AC back up and running in no time. I cannot thank them enough for their courteous and quick assistance when we were in a bind in the August heat and needed it the most!

Comfort Pros always do outstanding work! We've known and used them for many years to service our air conditioning and furnace!
I called them Sunday night in regards to AC making strange noise. Came Monday morning to check. Ordered the part. Tuesday at 2: 00
pm, repaired and running silently!
