It was very helpful. With The information I received, I took out the heating elements and clean them and the problem was resolved. Very helpful I recommend and I will use them in the future if needed.

Had a very bad experience. Called for free quote on repair. He came onsite and said it was the coil in the furnace unit. Took one cover off the AC. He said this happens a lot in West Texas due to the oilfield and sulfur. Said he could try to find one but it would be 1500 or more but he'd probably just have to get me a new unit for 9,000. I thought this sounded fishy so I called another company and they came out with a loaner unit and immediately found a leak in my line from the condenser. It was right outside of the house in the line. They pressured it up and it screamed like a freight train whistle. I went ahead and got a new unit for 5800 from this other vendor. So this guy either didn't check thoroughly and misdiagnosed my issue or something worse. I mean it was OBVIOUS. He's too expensive and not thorough or possibly was going to mislead me on purpose. THEN when I told him that I was going with another company he sends me a bill out of the blue for an hour of labor at 125.00. Pretty crazy to get 125 dollars from me and face the horrible reputation I'm spreading around my work place and friends and of course all over the internet. Try another vendor.
