Have done several projects for me over the years. Always friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about all levels of construction. Experience may cost a little more but you get what you pay for. Will call them again as soon as another construction project comes up.

We hired Longacre to do a variety of jobs on our newly purchased home - including the creation of a brand new wall and French doors on a previously open concept office and a complete master bathroom/master closet remodel. The project itself took over two months, it was a huge job! I cannot be more pleased with the services and finished job that Longacre did! This is our fourth home and I've dealt with so many contractors in the past - however, this is the first one that I would actively recommend to others with enthusiasm! Their communication was impressive and they ALWAYS showed up when promised. Our project service coordinator, Arnie and our liaison at the office Bailey, in particular went above and beyond for us. Our new bathroom looks amazing! Everything was done exactly as we wanted, even exceeding my expectations. You will NOT be disappointed with this company and we will absolutely be calling on their services again whenever we need our next project.

Longacre built a garage addition onto my home. Dan is very knowledgeable and personable, he was the only contractor willing to take on my project and I am thankful for that. At the end of the day, the most important part of any project is the quality of work, and I am very pleased with how my garage turned out. The workers that came out were very kind and they kept the workspace clean. The frustrating part of the experience was there was a consistent lack of communication.

Longacre Construction recently completed a project opening up a wall between my kitchen and dining room and did an outstanding job. This job entailed an arched opening, removing electrical outlets and matching existing wall texture. I was very pleased with Dan and the Longacre Team who completed the job in 3 quick days. They showed up everyday like clockwork at 9am, all the workers are very personable and professional. I would definitely use Longacre again for future home remodel projects.

I couldn't be happier with my back patio repairs. I had posts that were rotting, and Longacre was quick to respond to my request. The posts were repaired faster than I ever anticipated, and the posts are even more decorative now than when I bought the house.

Dan and his team did a couple of projects for us and we were very pleased. First he did our master bath, bedroom and closet remodel. Everything was completed in a timely fashion and it looked wonderful! He also remodeled my gazebo with trek and added a sink, cabinet and countertop to my laundry room. I would definitely recommend them and would hire again.

We built our home with Longacre Construction and had a great experience. The whole team was easy to talk to and quick to respond whenever we had questions. They walked us through each step so we always knew what was going on, and they helped us make smart choices when we weren’t sure about certain finishes. The house turned out exactly how we hoped, and the quality of the work is solid. Building a home can be stressful, but they really made it manageable.

Longacre Construction remodeled our kitchen, taking it from an isolated space to incorporating it into our kitchenette and family room. The Longacre’s designer was great. The construction supervisor was personable and always ready to work through issues we had. Our range vent hood didn’t vent to the outside of the house and thinking outside of the box, they rerouted the ductwork to exhaust to the exterior of the house, and it was a challenge. All of the appliances were replaced, cabinets were replaced, lighting was replaced, under cabinet lighting was installed, and our hand scraped hardwood floors were refinished, and their flooring subcontractor did a great job matching the finish of the existing, 15-year-old floors.
Subcontractors did a great job cleaning up when they were done each day. Communication with Longacre Construction was outstanding throughout the entire construction process. We received updates along with photos of what was accomplished or outstanding, every afternoon. When we failed to meet a deliverable we had, like selecting a built-in ice machine, we received gentle reminders that kept us on task and helped meet the scheduled completion/delivery date.
I have no doubt we would use Longacre Construction again, if we needed additional home improvements done. I highly recommend this team.
