i usually don't write many reviews, but i have to give a shout-out to Raymond & Sons Electric after my recent experience. i had a couple bathroom outlets in my Lewisville home that kept tripping for years, always at the worst times. even after swapping out almost every outlet on the circuit, the issue wouldn't go away, so i finally decided to get help. i was worried it was a wiring problem and thought it would cost a lot to fix or re-wire everything. but after i explained the problem over the phone, edward figured it out and gave me a super simple fix that actually worked. problem solved, and it didn't cost me anything. wish i had called them years ago!

We are completely satisfied with Edward's work. Right from the initial home visit, it was evident that he would be extremely professional and systematic in his approach. He discussed ideas with me, provided me with samples, and even fixed a loose glass fixture during the house tour. His proposal was thoroughly detailed, itemized, and offered bundled services at fair prices. A week later, he was at our residence with his apprentice Ruben, addressing tasks that had been postponed for half a decade. A perfect illustration of our satisfaction is our new exterior lights. We had been procrastinating on this because no other electrician had a viable solution for mounting the lights on our taller-than-average shingle, which didn't fit traditional mounting blocks without leaving unsightly gaps. Despite the extra work involved, Edward crafted custom mounting blocks that blended seamlessly and attractively with the shingle, significantly enhancing the look of our distinctive old home! They also tidied up the mess as they went along, repaired a wobbly patio door handle (much appreciated!) and even took our broken fan to be recycled. I highly endorse Raymond & Sons Electric for their exceptional service.

When the technician, Edward, came, he conducted a thorough inspection of our electrical panels and outlets, putting our minds at ease regarding the safety of our electrical system. He was very friendly and attentive to our worries. Edward also pointed out that our smoke detectors were outdated and should be replaced every ten years. He took a look at some outlets we were concerned about as well. Speaking with him was very reassuring, and his expertise and willingness to explain everything made a big difference for us. At our request, he quickly provided a detailed report of his findings to help us with our insurance claim, which was incredibly helpful. We were extremely pleased with the service and can’t recommend him and the company enough.
