Buckets & Bows

Update 3/30/23: I signed up for follow up monthly cleanings. The first cleaning the cleaning technician Doreisha was there for 30 minutes, cleaned three rooms then left. My partner works from home and was there the entire time. She did not talk to him or give him any update before she left and then the company charged us $197. When I called this morning to ask why the rest of the house was not done and to inquire about pricing I was told that the technician left because my house was "infested" with cockroaches, even though we have not seen any sign of cochroaches, nor did they have any concerns a month before when they cleaned my whole house top to bottom. I raised this concern and was told by customer service that the rainy season likely caused roaches to enter my home. I was told that I would have to address the "infestation" (a word she made sure to repeat) before they would come and finish the cleaning. When I asked for information about where the supposed roaches were found, they could not provide a location or a picture, just said that it was in a "nook". When asked for detail, such as what nook, near the fridge? Under the stove? The customer service representative said no they don't clean those spaces anyways, BUT STILL could NOT tell me where this "infestation" was that my partner and I have seen no signs of. Had I not called them, they would not have initiated a refund. I was not even refunded for the full service. Additionally, it is enfuriating that someone was home and that if such a large "infestation" had been found, that they would not have told and showed us immediately. The customer service representative claimed that the technician tried to get ahold of my partner and knocked on his office door, but could not get ahold of him and left, even so no one called either of us to give us this notification. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and how I was treated over the phone. I have canceled future services. I do not recommend this cleaning company.

Deep Clean completed in February: They did a perfect job! My house smells so crisp and clean, and it looks immaculate! I walked through and kept being surprised by things that I thought would surely be missed but were cleaned!!! My dogs are constantly bringing dirt and dust into the house and everything was muddy after a weekend of rain. We did a top to bottom deep clean for the spring and will be doing monthly cleanings. This is money well spent and I am so grateful!!! Shelbie, Alexis, Wren, and Zoe are awesome!

Could not speak highly enough about the quality of work and ease of coordinating with Buckets and Bows. Maria and Donna did an excellent job, will be using the service going forward!

Having Monica come help my mom out during her cancer journey was beyond amazing. She was great to my mom and she said she felt amazing after Monica left and was super grateful
