when I was in the apartment industry for 50 years the last seven years I was a manager on site and leffler services took care of every carpet cleaning every water extraction ever an emergency at nightand about a week ago I spilled a whole bottle of dark purple toenail polish on my white carpet in the den. The whole bottle fell on my carpet

I highly recommend lefler servies for both residential and commercial carpet cleaning service. I have used lefler services for close to two years at a property in Frisco. I am always impressed with the responsiveness of Mark, Jacob and the whole team.

Lefler Services did a great job on our carpets and it was very affordable. We will definitely have them back soon. We appreciate them so much and they made the process painless.

Tech was 20 minutes late and we got no phone call to let us know. Camcelled the appointment. Services like these need to understand we don't all work from home and have to take off work for these appointments. The woman who answered the phone didn't apologize and proceeded to tell me their techs are contracted out - good detail to know about this business; that doesn't make it ok to not call when you're going to be late. Asked for the owner to call me - haven't heard a word.

I just love their staff! I love that the owner comes out to do every bid, stays active and on top of things, and talks so respectfully to everyone. I love that every time I call the office to schedule something, I am greeted with the sweetest voice and always makes me feel like she is so happy to talk to me. I love their service, the cleans are always amazing, they get here quickly when there is an emergency, and their housekeepers are great! Even if something wasn't done as well as we wanted, he immediately sends someone back to re-do it. I could not be happier with this place!
