Bill Ketchell, the tech, who performed the work at my house was very friendly, knowledgable, and a complete professional. Our AC was not working properly and after trouble shooting it was determined that the AC was icing up due to freon leak. This was not fixable and needed a new AC as it was leaking freon. Bill, coordinated with the business office at Bart's for a reasonable replacement AC and scheduled an installation for the next day, on a weekend. Did the install and all the work very professionally.
I am very happy that Bill did all the work. And would ask for him for any future HVAC work at my house.
I have been on Bart’s maintenance plan for about 3 years now, since we bought this house and I have always been satisfied with their work.
The young lady at the office, Christina, is also very professional, helpful and responsive. When I called her for the AC issue she jumped right on it and scheduled a tech (Bill) visit the same day.
People like, Bill and Christina, both demonstrated extraordinary courtesy and thinking outside-the-box to help and find a solution to our AC problem.

Technician was a nice guy and went through the whole system for our annual checkup. Glad I wasn’t paying him hourly though because he turned a 30 minute job into well over an hour due to phone calls and trouble figuring out billing. He was 4 hours early for my appointment, but that’s better than being late.
