If you are considering solar look no further. Going through the process with Texas Best Solar could not have been easier and everything was done in an efficient and professional manner. Installation was complete in one day. I've had the panels for a couple of months and they have greatly offset my electric bill. The entire process of getting solar was through Texas Best Solar just so easy and professional. We actually originally had gone with Sunrun through Costco but after 6 months of run around and no progress (they even tried to increase the cost) we were referred by a friend to Texas Best Solar. From the very beginning, they dealt with us very professionally and still walked us through the main milestones needed for getting our panels but it was their flexibility and being a perfectionist what really impressed me. Everyday we drive home it brings a smile to our faces to see the sleek panels installation (see pic). If you are looking for solar panels, definitely talk to Filipe and Spencer, these guys know what they are doing and if nothing else you will learn a whole lot about the benefits to having solar installed.

Spencer is an incredible resource for all things solar! He came out to my home to go over options and take measurements to set up a plan to show what we could expect for panels and energy savings. He even helped with planning for rebates! Not only was his report detailed, but he was happy to answer questions afterward about some additional options, battery storage, etc. He knows his business and gives great, friendly service! I don't hesitate to recommend him to my clients who want to learn more about solar!

We have a fair amount of power outages in our Dallas area neighborhood, and had a prolonged outage a couple years ago that resulted in substantial damage to our house (frozen pipes and subsequent flooding). So my primary interest in acquiring solar was more for insurance against outages, especially extended outages. Of course, environmental issues and economics were also factors.

Spencer and Richard worked with me to tailor a plan that would suit my needs. The electricians and technicians were very friendly and professional. Once everything was installed, they tested everything thoroughly and tweaked it to optimize.

The whole thing went very smoothly and I'm very happy with the finished product. Highly recommend these guys.

Did my research with 2 other Solar Companies prior to selecting Texas Best Solar. Their product is Made In America. Panels made right here in Texas (San Antonio). Panels are engineered for our climate and harsh weather. Inverters are designed, engineered, and made in California. Inverters are designed to work with pairs of solar panels. This cuts cost in half instead of by an inverter for each panel. Regardless of your Home Solar System, do not go with a string inverter.

As for Texas Best Solar, you won’t find a more knowledgeable owner than Spencer. He stands by his product and stays attached to your project till completed and YOU are totally satisfied. His installers and technicians are top tier.
Don’t decide on an other company till you give Texas Best Solar an opportunity. Spencer will do all your homework and let you know what your utility company requires and their costs.

Texas Best Solar did a great job of cleaning my solar panels. They were able to get me on the schedule within a reasonable time. My experience with Texas Best Solar is possibly by far one of the best sales experience I have received basically because no sales pitch was used…. Spencer, was completely honest and transparent when he walked into my home, rather then sell me a project… Spencer educated me on Natural Energy and how the process is seamless from beginning to end …. I started the process Mid-Oct and was told I could get the install completed Mid-Dec, Spencer was able to not only get me installed in 1.5 days in Mid-Nov but also started the process with my Municipality to get my permits submitted and approved as well as the rebate that is offered by my Municipality to switch to Natural Energy. Texas Best Solar installed our system. This is a local company with deep community ties. Their quote was very reasonable and they stood by that quoted price even when additional issues cropped up. The crew was great and they were very kind and good-natured about our dogs and horses and gates and chickens and everything else that occasionally created a little havoc. Spencer, one of the owners, stayed in touch and answered all our questions promptly. I have urged all my friends to go solar and to use Texas Best. I am extremely satisfied with Texas Best, with the process and with our new system. If you decide to go solar, make sure and call Texas Best first.

Let me start by saying Spencer and Felipe are 100% top of there game. The customer service for this company truly holds up to the Marine Corps values of honor, courage and commitment. These guys are Marines and it truly shows. They weren't the first company I had talk to about solar but there were the first that didn't actually try and sale me on it. Felipe actually was very informative and knowledgeable on what we was doing. Spencer has been nothing less that perfect in the installation process. Best Solar company in Texas hands down. I'll update my review every 6 months to tell yall how they do from here on.

Working with the TBS Team was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Richard, Spencer and Debbie managed the entire project extremely professional, customer and outcome focused. Their process from the initial personal contact through exploration, implementation and completion was built on a solid and reliable timeline and transparent at all times. Communication was great and the experience and workmanship their employees bring to the table was outstanding. If you plan to go Solar (I did panels and battery back up) you will not find a better company to partner with.

Texas Best Solar installed solar at our house at end of 2020. Spencer and his team did an excellent job with their presentation, explanation, and installation. These guys and girls are great! Very knowledgeable, very professional, and patient with new customers trying to navigate the solar and battery maze. Spencer always returns my calls and texts in a timely manner. One thing that I liked is his no pressure sales pitch. I haven’t had an electric bill in several months and now with my backup batteries I’m covered for an extended outage. I had several sales offers from his competitors and I am so glad that I didn’t go that route. Locally owned company run by locals who know the area and supervised by a former marine. All of the Texas Best Solar employees are super nice, well trained, and always on time. I would Definitely recommend this solar company.
