Arnie was a pleasure to deal with! I called him and he came out the following day after I got off work, which was amazing! He ended up fixing my washer after it had not been working for days. Was trying to find a heating element for my Whirlpool dryer. Amazon sells them for under $30.00 but I've owned appliances since the 70's and didn't want a cheap replacement part. Called Arnie and he had one in stock and came over the same day. He ran some tests and said the element was fine but the thermostat was bad. I know I paid extra but with washers and dryers lasting
maybe ten years thought I would let Arnie replace the element while he was here. I want to get as many years as I can from my appliances. Dryer is 5 1/2 years old. Arnie will tell you what you need for the repair. He let me decide if I wanted the heating element replaced and I'm glad I did. He wasn't pushy or
high pressure. His service was excellent.

Arnie answered my call after 5pm on a Friday (of a holiday weekend!) and made time in his schedule on Saturday to come repair our washing machine. Even though I was ready to replace an expensive part based on the error code, he got it back up & running for less — integrity & great service, plus a really nice guy!!
