My fiance bought a AC unit from them in 2008 and they gave her a 10 warranty for parts and not for the unit. She called to see if they can come out and a young woman answered the phone which isn't the lady that answered back in 2008 was rude and has a straight attitude. Wasn't going to write a review because they are my people but sometimes things like this need to be said to let the community know to proceed with caution when dealing with this company.

Called to see about someone checking our unit, because our house wasn't cooling at all, and reaching temps around 90 degrees.
The tech was quick to arrive, and get to work. Got the house cooling again, told us what to look out for, and was quite helpful in general, and the house has remained cold ever since.
We'll be looking to purchase a new unit in the near future, and will definitely be calling them when that time comes.

The guy that came out and did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond. He was right on time and just as pleasant and respectful as can be. He had my furnace working within hours of him arriving., and that is With him having to drive all the way to humble, Texas to get the part. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family. I just wish my home warranty would have covered it, but that is nothing on their fault.
