Jake is hands down the BEST! He has taken excellent care of our family for years. He is always professional, very responsive and operates his business with honesty and integrity. As a person, he is always the first to be a good neighbor and lend a hand. He has handled many projects for us over the years, new roof, gutters, outside trim replacement and painting, tile work to name a few. He has also connected us with other local businesses who are honest and trustworthy. When something big or unexpected comes up and you need a contractor and it can be scary and stressful trying to find a "good" one. Jake is a great one.

Jake at SF5 really went the extra mile when negotiating with the insurance company on my behalf. He was so professional and reliable that I happily refer him to all my friends and clients needing roofing services. He's never let me down!

We've used Jake and his team at SF5 to reshingle our home twice over the years and I couldn't be happier. He is personable, attentive and has a keen eye for detail. During the last major storm, we had neighbors with roofs of similar age installed by competitors, whose shingles were peeled back or ripped off by high winds causing water damage to their interiors. Ours was solid as a rock! Jake stands behind his work and was quick to call after the storm to make sure ours held up as expected. Additionally, we had several neighbors come by the house wanting to know who did our roof because it held up so well compared to theirs. As for pricing, Jake is very competitive and his team worked tirelessly with the insurance company to make sure the adjustors fairly compensated us for the damage that needed repair. He's definitely the right guy for the job!

As a realtor, it is very important for me to have dependable and honest businesses to recommend to my clients. It is not uncommon for roof related issues or questions to surface during a real estate transaction. Jake at SF5 Construction has come to the rescue on several occasions and I am grateful for the partnership.

I have been using SF5 for over 10 years now. Started using them after shopping around for a roofer. Great response time and the fact that they were not a fly-by-night roofing company and are established in the community ultimately had me pick them.
Jeff promised to work with my insurance company and it was a turnkey operation as far as I was concerned. I picked out my shingle color and type, and he worked with the HOA and Town to get the appropriate permits and approvals. I had to do little with the insurance company except verify that the work was done and SF5 was the one doing it.
Since then I have used SF5 to stain my pergola and fix my chimney. I plan on using them to paint the exterior of my house.

Jake did our roof and gutters. It was quality work and Jake himself is an honest guy who you can trust. He’ll tell you how it is and he seems to want your trust and respect more than he wants your money. We will be going to SF5 for work in the future.

SF5 replaced my roof. Not easy job with solar panels. OUTSTANDING Work. Solar reinstalled and tested. But cat 4 shingles look great as do new gutters. You need roofing or other work ASK JAKE 1ST!

Professional & trustworthy! I have called on SF5 a couple of times regarding my roof, but only once did I actually need to replace my roof. The product was high quality and the process was easy. I trust Jake and appreciate that he doesn't push a service I don't need.

SF5 Jake and his crew did an amazing job on getting my roof replaced after the storm. He had the fairest quote by far. I was able to upgrade fixtures because his price was so reasonable. He was very careful tarping the bushes and getting all the debris hauled off. He did my in-laws house after mine and they said he did a great job and they are very happy.

I had extreme Damage to my roof from the past hail storms, SF5 came highly recommended by my trusted neighbors and when I reached out, they were very attentive and responded quickly. They explained everything clearly, and I felt secure that they had the situation covered. I was pleased when they finished replacement roof so fast and efficient. The removal, replace, and clean up ran perfectly, and they worked with my insurance to get my full replacement making me whole again. 5 stars I would definitely recommend and will use again!

We still had our original roof from 2004 with quite a bit of damage that we had yet been able to repair/replace. Jake was so helpful, quick and easy to work with. We had a lot of questions and a limited budget and he got it all done for us with understanding and efficiency! Thank you, Jake and SF5 construction!
