Cheap builds. Your grass has rocks all underneath effecting the grow. Non responsive management. Repairs to be made are a constant battle.

The one star rating is because of the poor customer care management. They do not even respond to request tickets or calls being made to customer care manager. The warranty is useless with Pulte.
After moving, we found that one of the sprinklers is not sprinkling the water, AC is not working. They do not understand the criticality of issues. -

We bought our first home with Pulte at Spiritas Ranch but our main problem with the home is poor landscaping job. Puddles of water form on the sides of the home shortly after rainfall which leads to mosquito problems. Warranty department does not entertain this issue by saying that this is normal.
This was brought up over and over again and every time they would have a new excuse such as your neighbor is watering their yard too frequently which causes the issue or that there is not enough sunlight on the sides and so forth. I have friends in the neighborhood who own a Pulte home as well and they have the same issue with their homes. Why is it that only Pulte homes have this issue in the entire community? I checked the rest of the homes from other builders personally and none of them have this issue. We even brought in a warranty inspector and he had the same comments.
