I found Air Zone Experts after I had been lied to by another local HVAC company. The other company gave me a quote that I agreed to and signed. They quickly called me back to say it was the wrong price and changed the agreed upon estimate to a much higher price. I was livid! After reading many reviews I ended up calling Adrian. From the start his family owned and operated business was up front and honest about their services and pricing. Adrian first came to my house to give me a free estimate for a complete system replacement. He gave me a fair, honest, and cheaper estimate than the other company I had dealt with. Not only was his estimate a cheaper, it was on equipment that was higher quality than I would have received from the first company. After I agreed to the estimate we scheduled the install. On the day of the install Adrian and his crew showed up early for the job. My whole system was replaced amazingly fast. I was absolutely impressed by not only the speed but the quality of work they did. I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. I don't often write reviews or refer friends to repair services but Adrian and Air Zone Experts is definitely a company I will be referring.

Adrian the owner/technician did a fantastic job! He diagnosed the issue to the T , gave me the quote and kept me transparent about the charges based on mode of payment. He followed up with timely showing up and resolution of the issue. On top of it all he has a unique way of keeping the conversation light and humorous without compromising on the professionalism. I am glad I found Air Zone Experts and Adrian thanks to google reviews. I will be calling him again if and when any AC issues.

Adrian provided excellent service when he replaced the AC unit at my rental property. He was very prompt and tenant was very impressed with his work. Additionally he took the initiative to inspect the AC units at all my other properties proactively making sure they are working with no issues.

Most important I like his straightforward honest approach. He clearly tell unit there is a problem need repaired without any upselling. His transparency and building trust with his clients is exceptional. Great work!

Fantastic experience. I had Air Zone Experts come out to give me a 2nd opinion because another HVAC company was telling me I needed to spend $10k+ on a new system. They used the typical fear-based selling tactics, showing me rusted parts as indicators that it could potentially result in a catastrophic failure, and were pressuring me to make a decision ASAP.

Air Zone Experts came out for a 2nd opinion free of charge and said I actually did not need a new system, and ran me through the usual selling tactics other companies use to try and upsell products and services.

Recently had Air Zone Experts come out for maintenance after having bad experience with another company trying to upsell unnecessary services. Owner came out and was super knowledgeable and thorough in his visit, in fact making some preventative fixes to save us money down the road. Great service

Air Zone Experts came and solved the problem with my unit. Scheduling has been very easy both times I've used them. I appreciate Adrian's kindness, expertise, and his ability to repair existing units instead of pushing for replacement. Grateful to have found this company.

I had been getting the runaround by my home warranty company for days when trying to get my AC fixed. After researching our neighborhood Facebook and seeing their five star Google reviews I decided on Air Zone Experts. They actually answered the phone the first time I called. I explained the situation. Thankfully, they had an opening and came to my house within a couple of hours of our initial discussion.

Adrian explained in detail what was wrong with my system. Based on his feedback, I decided to install a brand new system to minimize issues going forward. Adrian’s crew came the next day and installed it and did a great job. The crew was very professional And also cleaned up their mess, which is hard to find. The following day, Adrian personally came to inspect the system and make sure it was running properly.

I sincerely appreciate the professionalism of Adrian and the Air Zone Experts team. I’m thankful they were to get my new air-conditioning system installed as quickly as they did.
