We are repeat customers. We had several repairs done at my house. Replacement of two sink faucets and shutoff valves in a bathroom and replacement of shutoff valves under the kitchen sink. Rocky arrived on time and gave us a detailed estimate before starting the work. The installation was flawless and he left the work areas super clean.

I can’t say enough good things about Johnny Olivera. He came over to install a new garbage disposal, and honestly, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. You can tell right away that he knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, pointed out a few small issues I hadn’t even noticed, and gave me super useful tips on how to keep the plumbing running smoothly in the long run.

What really stood out to me was how much he cared about doing things the right way. No shortcuts, no rushing. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left, and even cleaned up after himself.

He is definitely an asset for the company because you cant always find someone who’s not only great at their trade but also friendly, honest, and easy to talk to.

There many companies out there, but after this experience, I’m gonna be calling Legacy Plumbing if I ever need help in the future.

Legacy has always provided stellar service. I especially appreciate that they will text you with who will be showing up at your door and they tell you a little bit about your service person. Philip communicated clearly and was knowledgeable about the services Legacy provides. He had helpful tips and info. He kept me in the loop with the repair so that I knew what to expect. Philip was courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Tyler was great and not pushy at all!!! He cleared out my sewer line and explained what I need to do to keep it clear. He also helped me with the inside bathtubs. No wonder they have such great ratings on Google. I would definitely use them again.

I researched the best company to replace my hot water heater and decided on Legacy Plumbing due to their 5-star review (over 500 reviews). I called on a Saturday thinking I would have to wait until Monday but got a call back within an hour. They worked with me on the time and date convenient for me.
Luke arrived and within a few hours, I had my new heater. He was professional and went over my costs before so there were no surprises. They work very hard to please their customers as you can see from their high ratings. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Legacy about 1:30 regarding a leaking shower faucet. Dustin quoted me a reasonable price and said a plumber would be available between 3:00-5:00. Rocky arrived at 3:00 and was finished by around 4:20. He did an excellent job and was very professional. I highly recommend Legacy for your plumbing problems.

Mathew and his apprentice arrived on time and located my slab lead. Mathew explained my options, I chose a re-rout. They went to work immediately worked hard and completed the job in 5-hours. They charged a fair price, it’s been been a week and I haven’t had any further leaks. I am very pleased

Whole experience was great from booking appointment online to the finished repair. Plumber Nicholas Sanchez was perfect--friendly, professional, and thorough. He solved our blocked hot water line in the shower, and replaced the valve with minimal disruption & flushed the water heater. Nicholas explained clearly what he was doing and why. Work was performed per the quote given at the start. I'm a very happy customer.

Joey from Legacy Plumbing did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was professional, and took care to keep the work area clean and organized. Johnny did a wonderful job replacing the valves and box for the washer. No more leaks, he retrieved the valve stem that my husband accidentally dropped down the drain as well. He was friendly and very experienced, cleaned up when he was done. I will call Legacy Plumbing for all my plumbing problems

Service window was 2 to 4. @ 2:00 we rec'd a call saying they'd be a little late. Nice to get that update! Adam arrived @ 2:40. He was courteous and very professional. We'll call them again if we need to. We highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.

Never written a review for a plumber and used many. This may be an underestimate. Canon is truly phenomenal, he deserves the highest praise I could offer for any contractor we've ever used for anything. We were without water for 5 days during a freeze, he was able to help me diagnose and isolate a fix to get it turned back on without coming out. The way he handled that earned him and Legacy a top position for any of our plumbing need. Couldn't be happier to write this review

When the water heater in my house stopped working, I texted Legacy Plumbing from their website. A terrific technician named Joey Wong was dispatched and arrived at the house in Aubrey within a couple of hours. Joey had the new unit installed and up to code a few hours later. He provided pictures of the work throughout and noted another plumbing issue for possible repair in the future. First time customer, and I won't use anyone else for plumbing!

I have used Legacy Plumbing professionally in my business as a realtor for years. You all had done a pretty large project of replacing all the cast iron pipes on my listing in Plano at Coit and Spring Creek. My client really liked the communication of the project manager as well as the competitive pricing and ultimately the completed job. You all were able to follow the projected timeline to get the job done when promised even though there were obstacles outside of your control — like a leak at the city water/sewer line which fell under the city’s domain. Because of their professionalism and hard work, they got the job done on time and our seller was able to meet his contracted timeline commitments with the buyer on the sale of the home.

When it came time to address several plumbing items at my personal home, I immediately thought of Legacy and was impressed with Henry Nichol. He is a very earnest and hardworking guy. We had a massively clogged kitchen sink, faucets that were loose to varying degrees to the point of replacement from the kitchen to various bathroom sinks and exterior faucets for outside water/soaker hoses, etc. Our biggest issue has been our primary shower with three shower heads one of which is detachable. All have cartridges that have failed where the water was scolding and inoperable in one, and leaking on the other. The parts were not easy to locate and even more difficult to replace.

We are still pending a replacement of one them, but we have been very pleased with how much effort Henry puts into researching solutions for us from most affordable to ideal yet often most expensive solutions. His work has been great. Every time we need plumbing work, we call Legacy and specifically request Henry for the work. Though we are confident that Legacy has plumbers just as capable as Henry, we appreciate Henry’s his work ethic, tenacity and diligence. He’s our go-to plumber. Thank you all for your help!
