    So happy I found Go Pro! We've had bad luck with plumbers before so we were wary. This time was a completely different experience: professional, awesome customer service, reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again if we ever have another issue.

    Called Friday afternoon around 6pm, with main sewer line stopped up. Talked to principle plumber and he set the appointment for Saturday afternoon between 12pm and 2 pm. He said to text my information in to the phone with address, phone number and the emergency service requested. I followed instructions, and even text to verify on Saturday morning, the message was received. No response, so i called and only received a recording, but left a message with # Around 1 pm on Saturday I made another call, and this one was answered by the plumber, and he said they tried to call me (not true) and that his wife was having a baby, and he had to go. Called Sunrise plumbing, and they let me know what time the tech would be out. Text before he got to our house, and it was a very pleasant experience, clog was fixed and showed me what caused the sewer line stoppage. NOTE: This is my first time to review, but I assumed a local Little Elm Plumber would be the quickest.....I was wrong.

    If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, and does top quality work. Look no further! It can be scary hiring someone for what could be a large job. But Charlie is trustworthy, and honest. We have a pretty large leak in our front yard. Charlie was quick to locate exactly where it was coming from and repair it. He even checked to see if there was another just in case.

    Money Vultures!!!!!! These people are arrogant and rude!!! And after your money! They didn’t get far with me as soon as I seen their disposition and price I went elsewhere. Their “good” reviews are FAKE!! The owner shows his nasty character under the negative reviews by being dismissive saying “sorry I don’t know who you are” or” we never did work for you” Just read their responses. Believe the 1 star reviews their telling the truth!!!!

    Charlie was fantastic. Great communication, Text and emails for arrival time and when on the way. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my issue and make recommendations to avoid future problems and expenses. Honest company, will use and recommend again.

    We called for an emergency pipe water leak. Charlie arrived within 2 hrs from the call. He provided detailed information about the repair. The repair came with a 1 yr warranty. We choose to do the repair and desperately needed the water back on inside the house. The work took a few hours. Thank God for Charlie and his company. We needed Angel's and thats what we got. We were already having air conditioning issues prior to a pipe leak.
