We needed to get our second water heater replaced and they came to our home quickly and worked around our schedule. Before even starting the install, they covered the carpet and made sure that the house would be just as clean as when they arrived. We also got a call 30 minutes before the appointment to let us know the plumber was on his way. Very professional, straightforward install at a great price.

I suspected our plumbing issue was going to be something simple but 4 bathrooms were affected and since neither my husband or I are professionals, we thought it'd be better to call Fidelity, our Home Warranty company. Fidelity sent out 2 gentlemen from Jennings. They showed up on time and both, Michael and Chris were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. While our problem in all 4 bathrooms turned out to be relatively simple, they took care of it quickly and professionally not once making me feel like an idiot for not being able to identify and fix the problem myself. Excellent customer service!!
