First time I have used Cool Dynamics Heating & Cooling, and I will definitely use them again. After disappointing work from a few different big name companies, Nathan from Cool Dynamics provided the best maintenance visit I have experienced in 35 years of home ownership. That statement is a little unfair as technology has leaped forward in 35 years, but Nathan provided the most detailed feedback I have ever received from a biannual maintenance visit. He never tried to hard or up sell me, simply informed me of the state of system and it's components. I would definitely recommend Cool Dynamics to family and friends. Update 8/16/2024 - So my AC stopped working in the middle of the day. I contacted Cool Dynamics and Nathan made time the same day to come to the house. After a little over an hour, he identified the problem (worn out connector) fixed it under the terms of the 12 month maintenance agreement I purchased from his company. Fixing my AC same day, at no additional charge, under a maintenance agreement. I can't explain how that felt. As I thanked Nathan repeatedly, he simply smiled and told me, "No worries, I got you". Seriously, if you have AC or Heating issues, give Cool Dynamics a call. 4/17/2025 - Spring/Summer check-up, Cool Dynamics arrived on time check my AC and Furnace. Great timing as they noticed my drain had recently clogged and my pan had some water. Vacuumed the pan cleaned out drain, all good. All cost covered by my annual contract which I will renew in the Fall. Nathaniel and Caleb continue to impress, great job guys, I appreciate you and the quality service you provide.

Cool Dynamics is a small company in a sea of competitors in San Antonio, but Cool Dynamics is OUTSTANDING! I’d recommend Nathanial and his team to my friends, family, coworkers—no contest, and every time.

Our AC went out during 80-90 degree days in October. We’d been combatting a wide range of options spanning partial fixes for $4.5K to full overhauls for $12K. Nathanial himself came to our home, same day, after we called looking for a fourth quote.

Nathanial was incredibly professional & respectful, knowledgeable, thorough on inspection, and honest about his assessment and our options. He was able to get his team out the next morning for an all-day install of both interior and exterior system upgrades. The quality of work his team completed was impeccable, and they were thorough in cleaning up the dust and work residue.

He offered a 10-year warranty for parts, two year labor warranty, is coming out to inspect how the systems are performing after a week of use, and told us that a state rep would be out to inspect his work. Nathanial and the Cool Dynamics team is everything we needed: someone genuine and sincere helping us with an acceptable product that we needed in a time of need. I couldn’t be more grateful for his professionalism and I’ll continue to recommend to anyone who has a local need.
