When I needed urgent help with a mini split unit that was leaking, he responded immediately. He arrived when he said he would. He is professional and a genuinely nice man. He even took time to look at another unit that was not working while he was here. I will always call on him moving forward. He is the HVAC man 🙏🏼

It was great to work with Jose. He was able to pinpoint the location of the refrigerant leak and provided reasonable cost to repair with additional options.

I only got to meet with Jose Yanez, and I am glad. If he tells you he will get something done he will, and will do it well.

Contacted Yanez Heating and Air to check our AC unit in preparation for the Summer heat. The owner himself came out to our home on the exact day and time we had agreed upon. He did a thorough check up and made some adjustments to our unit so the air flowed evenly throughout the house. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this locally owned business.
