It's usually difficult to get a plumber to come out around Winnsboro, I called On The Way and they came out the same day! They sent Kane over, he did the job quick and even laid down a tarp so that everything stayed clean, he did an amazing job and is super nice! They will be my first call next time I need a plumber! I highly recommend them!

I posted 5 stars for Kane the plumber that took care of the problem I had. But 2 stars for the company, the prices are astronomical the only reason I went on ahead and let the repair move forward is because of Kane the plumber. He's a good worker he went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the work he done before he left.

He was very easy going .Great home manners willing to help and do any work possible. They also have a great whole house. Water filter that they put in a very reasonable price. As a homeowner, plumbing repairs can be incredibly frustrating due to the complexity of the work and the need for skilled professionals who stand behind their work. Before meeting Jarrod and Erin, I had dealt with several companies and individuals who claimed to be professionals but failed to properly diagnose and resolve the issue, leading to disappointing experiences with temporary fixes rather than real solutions.

Fortunately, when I contacted On The Way Plumbing, Erin was extremely helpful in getting us scheduled for an isolation test to accurately locate the leaks. Jarrod and Mike were both highly knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. Once the leak was identified, we were provided with a competitive estimate, which we agreed to, and the work began immediately.

The team replaced the entire sewer system with exceptional professionalism, as evidenced by detailed pictures, videos, clear communication, and thorough documentation. After completing the project, they ensured the area was left clean. Given that this was a slab foundation home, it required true expertise, and they delivered outstanding results using the best techniques and materials.

Additionally, their excavation crew was meticulous, taking their time to ensure the job was done right without rushing at any stage. I am truly grateful that my sewer system was handled by such a skilled and professional team.

Kane was amazing! He not only got me up and running in record time, but Home Depot delivered a broken toilet for install and Kane went out of his way to return the broken toilet for me and pick up an intact one and then came back and got it installed!!! I’ll never use anyone else! Erin, their scheduler, also amazing to work with and gets things done quick!

We bought a house in December that immediately upon moving in revealed extensive issues with the plumbing under the house. We couldn't use our kitchen sink at all and barely the laundry room sink adjacent. After a bad experience with the first plumbing company we called, On the Go sized up the situation in a prompt manner. Unfortunately it was going to require extensive digging under the house, which they supported with photos and video. There was no question about the situation, so we felt completely comfortable with their assessment. They provided us a two-phase plan depending on how much we wanted to do. We opted for the full repairs, and were pleasantly surprised with the financing that was available to us and easy to get. Despite being the dead of winter and rainy, and a team having to dig halfway under the house to expose all the pipes that needed to be replaced, from first call to when the repairs were finished with new pipe was five days. Truly impressive. Six months later, we've had no issues. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience! I called on a Sunday for a yard leak and they were at my house the following day (so thankful for that as I have 2 littles). They showed up at 10 and were DONE by 12! Bailey and his helper were professional and informative considering I have no knowledge about plumbing. Fair and REASONABLE prices that I am happy to pay! If we ever have any issues again I won’t hesitate to reach out to this company!
