Constraction reviews in Lubbock, Texas

We love our Ventura home! The floor plan is spacious and perfectly thought out. The bonus room offers versatility and the built in work center is brilliant. Ventura Homes offers an amazing experience and outstanding product. The Ventura team works so hard and Jeff ensures all of the details are meticulous. Their professionalism, floor plans and attention to detail are exceptional. Jeff is great to work with and sincerely puts his heart and soul into each house to make sure they are built with quality and timeless charm. I trust them to design a house for my family and recommend Ventura as the most honest and best home builder in Lubbock. Some companies build houses, but Jeff and his team build homes.

I love Ventura homes and have always had great experiences with them. My husband and I bought a Ventura home in 2020 and we love our home and the continued service we have received. I am also a realtor who has worked with Ventura in a professional capacity. I recently had a homeowner who was selling her Ventura home and Eric was such a huge help in getting some minor items repaired for the sale. He was more than willing to help both myself and my client when we called. I could not say more positive things about Eric and the warranty services that are provided by Ventura.

Outstanding builder to work with. Jeff and his team consistently deliver exceptional quality with an impressive level of attention to detail. They are known for creating some of the most unique homes in West Texas, combining craftsmanship, creativity, and professionalism at every stage.

The people to call on if you want quality work and service.

Very organized Company!!!

Their customers are existing customers and those that have been referred from the existing customers

Very professional and courteous. The work was done beautifully. Would recommend them highly.

Great experience. Excellent service. Project was completed just as discussed. Would definitely use again for any inside or outside remodeling project.

Very pleased with the work done to my house! Very nice workers and cleaned everything up very nice daily.

Fred Henry Const built a porch cover and put a fireplace in our house. Both projects turned out beautifully. The house was always clean and whatever debris there might have been was picked up by the time we got home from work. They were always responsive to our questions during the process. Only issue we had was there might have been a little more thought put into the TV connections installed above the fireplace. It would have been nice if they had been recessed in the wall but we didn't think about that until the TV was installed above the fireplace and we have problems with plugs/cords sticking out from the wall. But we will know to ask for that if we ever have something like this done again. Overall a pleasant experience and I would definitely use them again.

Fred Henry construction just completed a bathroom remodel and kitchen tile job for me. I am very pleased with my beautiful bathroom. Their workmanship, professionalism, and communication were top -notch throughout the project. I will definitely call Fred and Stephen the next time I have a home project!

I am so pleased with my kitchen remodel. Each individual that worked on the remodel were professional and did a flawless job.. Doors and pulls were placed perfectly. The painting throughout the kitchen was absolutely perfection. I'm so grateful I chose Fred Henry Construction. Kathi was always available if I had questions

I have used Fred Henry Construction for over 20 years on three of my homes I have lived in, and my business. They have always went above and beyond on all my repairs, taking care of my home while working there, and always made sure all was perfect. I can’t say enough great things about this company and highly recommend for any repairs, remodeling, and add ons you may need. This is a family owned business that makes sure your experience is pleasant, and above expectations. They will continue to do all my work.

Fred Henry Construction just finished a remodeling project at our house, and we are very pleased with the work. The workers were very polite and did a great job. Mr. Henry came by almost daily to check the work and kept us well informed on the progress. The finished project is exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend FHC!

Fred Henry Construction was recommended to us when we were gathering bids for inside and outside home renovations. We were not disappointed. We were advised every day when workers would be at the house. The bosses also came daily to review the work being done or to advise what work needed to be done to fix any unexpected problems found. We got along well with everyone and shared a few laughs during the process. If there was anything we did not like or we had questions about the work that was done, it was addressed quickly. We have and will be recommending Fred Henry Construction. Give them a try!

Good people...

Had a great project with Deerwood Const in Lubbock this year. Having one point of contact in Bryant, made for an easy project to run. His ability to navigate the City Officials and permitting, took work off my desk. We will certainly be using them more in the near future, and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality job.

Amazing people who take the responsibility of protection VERY SERIOUSLY which drives them to do top-quality work! You won't find a better fire protection option anywhere!

Undeniably the best contractors in Lubbock.

Great work. Especially for custom builds. If you can Dreame it they can build it!!!

Top notch custom work, very knowledgeable in all things construction, highly recommend.
