I had floors installed less than a year ago and after multiple trips they say that there is random water damage which is supposedly causing issues with the floor, in the middle of the living room of all places in the dining room, in the kitchen and that all the molding is popping off yet it's water damage after the moisture readings are always 0. They refuse to help with any portion of it and blame us for planks lifting and unevenness. Just to get out of fixing the floors. I would NEVER use them again for any flooring as they took forever to even get it in as well.

I made an appointment to have blinds measured and no one showed up and Home Depot themselves don't know who was coming to do it. So now they have my money for my stuff but they don't know is going to even do the work. I worked my busy schedule around to. E here and no one showed up. I called Lowe's home improvement and they were quick to respond. I didn't have to wait and they where here when they said they be.
