They charged me for an overpriced estimate of my damages. I called another company and had my problem solved for $3,400 cheaper than CMW quoted me. I would not recommend this company.

If you are in need of an electrician - I highly recommend CMW Electrical Services. I simply googled and found them and will forever use them now. The poor guy that answered the phone talked me through a few different ways to shut them off, nothing worked. We've known for a while we needed to replace them all, and today was our day. Not even the breaker in the breaker box would shut them down. Even though they are currently a man down, he still immediately came to my rescue. Within 15 minutes he had them all shut off, told me what needed to happen, gave me a price, then within 1-1/2 hours he left, came back and had all 10 brand new alarms installed back up and running. He even had a couple other guys that had finished the jobs they were working come and help to get it done quickly so I could get back to work. 10 out of 10 stars from me for these guys!

Amazing experience from the timeliness of my call being returned to the service technicians being honest and straightforward about what my issue was. Because it was a quick and easy fix, I was charged only for the service call although they could have definitely told me just about anything as I just wanted my power fully functioning again. Everyone was super friendly and I highly recommend them.

Rudy and his team replaced our residential panel and pulled some new circuits. Incredible job, exceptional service and attention to detail. These are the folks you should call.

Placed a call through Home Advisor for a small breaker box replacement. Party that called me back gave me a lot of razzle dazzle about lifetime guarentees, guarenteed service call AND $50 to come out. Never could get a straight answer about rates or if inital $50 would be credited against job labor. I revisited site to review ratings and got another call from CMW complaining about Home Advisor charging them $27 again for the 2nd "lead".
Chester arrived on time and looked at the job, produced a glossy rate book and checked off a couple $391 items bringing his total bid to over $750. I inquired how long our power would be off as if concerned about refrigeration, etc and he told me job would be done before lunch (approximately 3 hours). I had my own Square D parts so showed them to him and he said he would knock off a paltry 15% from job total. My take on the whole thing - I would be charged an exorbinant $350 per hour for a small job and a lot of smoke and mirrors. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.

Avoid CMW electric. The two electricians we got charged us almost $5oo to change out about fifteen plugs. They seemed only to care about how much they could make and not about our other concerns. We will never call them again for any other investment properties or flips again. Found a much better and cheaper company in town. Avoid using this company!!

We called this morning to have a couple of outlets looked at……Jacob and Kyle showed up in a couple of hours and had us fixed up in no time! Super professional and nice gentlemen!

We had a florescent light fixture that had an anchor that had broken through the ceiling. The fixture also had a bad ballast. I went through Home Advisor and found CMW Electric. CMW worked with me to accommodate my schedule.
The electrician showed up on time with a truck filled with everything he needed. He drilled a new hole for the anchor and was able to reattach the fixture to the ceiling. He also replaced the bad ballast with a new, more energy efficient one along with more energy efficient bulbs.
The entire visit lasted less than 45 minutes. They were professional all through the experience and the cost was better than most of the quotes I received. I highly recommend CMW to any others in the Lubbock area needing electrical work.

I have used CMW three times for different jobs in the past year. They have always been knowledgeable, easy to understand, and professional. The jobs were all done with accuracy and without problems. I would definitely recommend them.
