Electrical reviews in Lubbock, Texas

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team is extremely professional, detail-oriented, and respectful. Highly recommend!

Quest is a great company to work with. If I need electrical service again, they will be the first people that I call.

Very friendly and efficient. It took very little time for him to do the job. It was a pleasure watching him work.

Quest Electrical just completed our new office and they did a great job. We will call them again if we need electrical work. All of the guys on site we very nice and helpful.

They did an amazing job - installed wall Mini splits systems AC one in bedroom and one in huge craft room. These work great. They also installed some canned lighting in our bathroom remodel. Friendly, clean and on time. Reasonable cost as well. You can't go wrong with this company. They do home and commercial. Kendal the owner is very knowledgeable, about electrical.

I have used Quest twice now. They are quick to respond and do great work. The guys they send out are friendly and professional and I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with an outdoor outlet that I thought wasn't getting enough power as I could plug a phone charger in and it would work but a ring camera wouldn't power on. Turns out it was on a gfi outlet that got tripped by another outlet.

Guy came out reset the outlet and problem was solved. In my limited electrical knowledge I would have assumed this meant the outlet would not have power? I have no problem paying for them to come out but the guy was here for 2 minutes and they billed me for a full hour and dispatch fee for a total of $150.

The tech maid no mention of this to me while he was here, had I known this I would have had him stay for a full hour and look at some other things. Won't be using again for this reason.

Yesterday, a cleaning team of mine was at a client’s house and plugged in a vacuum. Then this happened. I called Quest Electrical, and they replaced the outlet within 30 minutes.

Thankful they could help and nobody was harmed!

Call Quest Electrical for all your electrical needs!

Quest did a great job rewiring all the lighting in our house, but most importantly, they acted with integrity and did what they said they would do for the price they quoted. I‘ll definitely use them again!

Ty and Darius, and the team did a great job with both installation jobs. One job was to change out the main power that was old, outdated, and cover was off, and presented a safety hazard. Upon completion, the new power panel was neat looking and wiring was dressed and made up neatly.
The second job consisted of changing out a breaker in the power panel, running electrical wire/conduit, and installing a 230V plug for an airconditioner. Your electrical team again did a great installation without any service interruption. Installation was completed in a timely manner and end results showed neat professional looking job. Dianna & I are very pleased with the finished work. Should the need arise, we will definately choose Quest Electrical for any future requirements.

Kendall and his team at Quest Electrical always go above and beyond. I had an outside outlet that went bad and they were able to get me on the books and get the outlet replaced in no time at all.

We had a very good experience with this company. Gary was kind, professional, and got the job done. He was very competent. The cost was very fair. I'm happy to have a home electrician now to work with for future needs. Thanks for everything!

Quest Electrical is our go too contractors for my commercial business. They diagnosed my problems quickly and solved my electrical issues with great pricing. Highly recommend them!!

Quest replaced our electrical panel for us and had it done within a few hours. Kendall was very thorough in explaining the different solutions he could offer, along with pricing. That’s not some I’d seen before, normally we’re just given a quote without much explanation.

I’d highly recommend Quest!

Quest Electrical was very professional and courteous. They were able to work me in at the last minute to replace my electrical ballast!! I would highly recommend them!!

Love Quest Electrical! They can handle any size project, but will treat your service call like you were their biggest customer. Tye has been fantastic!

Great people to work around our property installing the 8 eave lights with dust to dawn lighting. Fair priced and excellent workmanship. I will call again if electrical work is needed.

Kendall and Andrew were great to work with. We had them add the electrical hook ups needed for adding a mini split and lights to our camping trailer. Great company, great people, awesome work. Thanks!

Came highly recommend and certainly lived up to their reputation. Ty did a great job and made sure everything was to our complete satisfaction!

Quest Electrical is a great company if you need some electrical work done. Kendall and his crew are the best! Ty was very nice and professional.

Based on the crass, icky commercial I just watched on the local NYE program I'll never hire.
Please stop with the gross marketing and just stand on your work.
