Electrical reviews in Lubbock, Texas

Jon was a very helpful  guy. He came out to our home on a Saturday to run down an electrical problem. We would highly recommend him and his company..

I’ve been keeping up with the work Lubbock General Electrician has been doing, and I’m really impressed. They’ve got a solid reputation for quality electrical work, not just in solar but in everything from panel upgrades to general wiring. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable — definitely the kind of team I’d recommend to anyone needing electrical work done right.

John was extremely helpful! I called and he came over right away and fixed it quickly with no problem. He did a great job and it was very affordable! John came out personally and went above and beyond. Thank you. I will be using them anytime I need electrical work!!

While Jon and his team were out installing solar panels on the roof, they were also able to fix up some circuit issues around my kitchen.

Super fast and knowledgeable, they were able to find the problem and fix it up within the day. Made my life so much easier not having to find another electrician.

Last night we had a line in the attic that was exposed to condensation with the AC. During this time, we had issues where the line was arcing to the point we had to call the Fire Department. During this time, we had issues cutting off the power as we do have solar with a backup battery. After a couple of hours, we managed to stop the current so that it would not catch on fire. This morning we had Earl's Plumbing and Electric come out (great people as well, but called Lubbock General Electric to assist as they specialize in solar). We called before hours and managed to have someone pick up. We explained our situation and within an hour they were at our house. Aaron worked side by side with Earl's Plumbing, and we were back up within an hour an half.

My point with this review was to compliment Aaron. One, he could have easily said, it won't be till later, or we are booked, but he did not, he took the time to make this call a priority. He stayed behind after Earl's left to monitor our solar system. Went over safety features to shut down the system, as we were lost the evening of the situation. He was a genuine guy who really cares for the public. He was easy to talk to about thing. I highly recommend this company as well as Hub City Solar if you want to move into Solar.

Great people, great service

Great electricians ! Highly recommend.

Super friendly and fast service!! Will definitely use Don to Dusk for future needs! Thank you so much!

Great job in a timely manner and fair cost.
Employees were friendly and cleaned up after job was complete.
Will definitely use Don again when needed.

Excellent company. Don and his crew showed up on time and came to work and get the job done. Cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use in the future for any electric jobs Highly suggest.
* Had Don out again to help us find a wire that was shorting out. Just like the first time, he knocked it out of the park by getting the job done and charging us extremely fair. He is the best!

Don and his crew are great! It doesn’t matter who Don sends out to take care of things at our home. They all are friendly and go above and beyond and do an awesome job. We highly recommend them.

Did electrical for our new build 3 years ago and we have continued to have **multiple issues**. We have had to pay another electrical company to come in and fix things!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Amazing company, service, and price. Don did a great job analyzing our situation and walking me through options so I would be happy with the result. His crew was on time, hardworking, kind, and cleaned everything up when they finished. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

We have used them twice and both times they were very responsive and kind! Highly recommend.

I’ve used Don to Dusk electric several times. His crew always gets the job done on time and I have never had to issue a call back. Great service!

Very good people to do business with

Mark did a great job changing out light kits on 2 ceiling fans for me and answered questions about future electrical work needing done. Very nice and professional Christian man.

The guys from Copeland Electric do quality work and are very experienced and knowledgeable. They were on time and quickly completed the work at my house. I highly recommend them to anyone needing small or large electrical repairs!

I've had several excellent experiences working with them. They take the time to do solid, clean work on even the smallest details. Prices are reasonable and they are very responsive. I've worked with Brad Copeland for many years and would certainly recommend him and the whole family-run business to anyone in need of quality electrical work.

Love it

God and knowledgeable service
