Chris came out to install an outlet for me today and the experience was overall outstanding! He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. We will definitely be using him for future electrical work!

Chris was simply great. I called him on a Friday morning and left a voice. He promptly called back and tried to understand the problem. My attic AC outlet was burned. He showed up in that afternoon and explained to me what was happening. He changed the outlet and the wire. The service was very professional, affordable and quick. I highly recommend him for house electrical works in the Lubbock area. And thank's to Google Review for helping me to find him.

Chris Upton is THE best electrician! He has come to our house several times over the years, and he handled anything that we dreamt up—-bathroom remodels, recessed lighting, upgraded fixtures and switches, outdoor lighting—the works. He is kind, has fair prices, and always shows up on time. I am so happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a stellar electrician.

Chris is amazing with his work! Had a previous contractor hired by someone else that did more harm than good. Needless to say Chris came by without hesitation & did a great job cleaning up the mess! I would recommend him to any & all that need an electrician!

Chris is the best! Had a problem with my outside electrical panel. He came quickly...rewired it and got me up and running in no time. If you ever need an electrician he' a your go to guy. I'll never call anyone else.

Chris Upton, owner of Upton Electric, has been our go-to electrician for over 3 years. We had power outages after we bought our home. Chris rewired the outside electrical entry box. Another electrician may have recommended a whole new set up and rewiring for several thousand dollars. Our renovated home had cheap builders grade lighting fixtures. Chris installed new fixtures and ceiling fans throughout. Our kitchen island stove downdraft fan died. Chris replaced it as well as replacing a dangerous outlet under the sink. Chris is knowledgeable, helpful, and a great guy!

So I don't usually do reviews, but given how bad my experience was, I thought I should warn others. Found this business on Angie's list. When they came out the first time, it not only took all day (when per other electricians it should have taken no more than 3 hrs), but they didn't fully complete the job. They were to then complete it when they came out the following week as well as checking all the rooms....well that didn't happen. They kept missing scheduled appointments and not calling to reschedule...which meant I did alot of waiting around for them to show up for nothing. Then when I would call them, the voicemail was always full and there would be no response. On the off chance they would answer, it would be rescheduled with a guarantee that they would definitely show....well yet again that didn't happen. Even after informing them that the lights in entire section of the property had not worked since they originally came out, they still didn't make the appointment. So yet again I had to try to get ahold of them, only this time the only way they answered was through a text message. The messages did nothing but give excuses with no apologies. Ended up using someone else. I highly recommend that people do not use this company as you will never know what to expect.
