Settler Construction converted half of my garage into a sewing room. I love the results beautiful cabinets, built in desk, lots of shelves etc. you would never know it was once a garage. It was like working with family. Everyone was friendly, courteous and checked frequently to be sure it was what I wanted.

Settler Construction did an excellent job roofing my house.
Mr. Settler was thorough in his replacement estimation, finding damage to the roof which another company had missed that would have created other problematic situations in the future.
The edge around the roof was improved so that water will not easily collect, causing damage. The pipes on the roof match the shingle color which make a big difference. Any damage on the roof was completed successfully with no loss of time.
The construction crew wasted no time on the job. When finished, they left the yard neat with no nails or debris to be found.
Mr. Settler answered any questions and was also helpful with my insurance assessor. His office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I know I can depend on them if needed, in the future.

I recently had Settler Construction handle some upgrades on a house I purchased, including cabinets, painting, flooring, and ceiling repairs. They did an excellent job, completing everything on time so I could move in as planned. Settler's did a custom cabinet for us and the work was excellent. We were replacing double ovens but needed the new and much larger cabinet to blend with our somewhat eclectic kitchen ( he was even able to cut down the upper cabinet above the ovens, so they blended seamlessly). Greg was awesome, he was not going to install the ovens so had to make sure that the the dimensions were perfect. Great company (and the price was very reasonable). Thank you Settler, I would definitely use for future projects.

Best Company Hands Down!!! They do handyman services for me year round, fast and great. They remodeled my Fire Damaged Home, my home was completely ruined. Settler Construction worked with my insurance company and got us the most out of the money to rebuild my home back.
