These guys were awesome they came by my apartment at Anatole and did an excellent job for a very modest price. I was really impressed how quick Casey and his partner did an amazing job for my apartment it made my carpets look like new. 5 out of 5 I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Outstanding customer sevice, great prices, and a phenomenal job done! I contacted A-Steam to clean carpets in 2 houses, they were so easy to schedule (which isn't always easy because we live 30 miles away). They were going to be here first thing in the morning, but after a rough night with sick kiddos, I called them last minute to see if we could change the time to later. They so graciously changed the appointment for a later time in the day. I appreciated the notification of when they would be here, and they were right on time. We have found a new carpet cleaning service for the future, for sure!
A previous experience I had in trying to schedule cleaning by a "big-name" carpet cleaning business in Lubbock asked me, as the customer, if I could line up 2 or 3 more people in my town who wanted theirs done the same day so it would be "worth their trip", even after I offered to pay mileage. Goes to show bigger isn't always better. Thank you again for your flexibilty, friendly customer service and the great job!

They did an excellent job with cleaning our carpet and cleaning the a/c ducts. They were pleasant, on time and efficient, very reasonable prices. Will definitely be calling them in future.

Casey did an amazing job on our carpets and rug. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained the process of everything he was doing and using. Our rug was a pain to clean and he made it look brand new again. We will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them.

Casey came out to do the carpet in my apartment. He was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job! My carpet looks like it did when I moved in (maybe even a bit better). Not to mention, it cost me almost half the price some of the other carpet cleaners wanted to charge! I highly recommend A-Steam Carpet Care!

I had our air ducts and a recliner cleaned in 12-21. The A-Steam company was fantastic. They did excellent work on both. The chair was 15 yrs. old and had never been professional cleaned. Had several spots on it but all are now gone. The air duct cleaning has already made us feel better. I will definitely be calling A-Steam next time I need something cleaned. Great job guys!!

I had a wonderful experience with A -Steam Carpet Care after there was a water leak that caused water to get under my vinyl flooring and carpet. They were very professional and made sure everything was dry before putting the carpet back in place. I highly recommend this company.

The techs stayed in contact with me and arrived on time. They first looked at the job to give me more information. They worked very hard to get all the stains out of the carpet. They were very polite and did not leave a mess. I will use them every time on my home and my rentals .

We were extremely pleased with the job that A-Steam Carpet Care did on our carpets. We had several problem spots, and they gave them special treatment and completely removed the stains. They were professional, competent, efficient and prompt. They gave us thorough instructions in being careful that the carpets were completely dried before moving any furniture that might stain. They also provided Styrofoam blocks for the furniture that we intended to move back immediately as well as a long plastic runner to protect the carpet until dry. I would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning job you might have.

We contacted A-Steam Carpet Care on the recommendation of a friend. They were punctual, did an awesome job and were very reasonable. We had 3 rooms of carpet cleaned and they even got up stains another company could not get up!! Highly recommended and we will be contacting them for future cleanings!!

In the past week A-Steam has cleaned my dryer vent and reattached it where it had come loose in the attic. Next they steam cleaned my carpets and what a difference that made! It looks great thanks to the friendly, hard working and professional folks (Adrian, Brenden, and Jaquan) at A-Steam! We had longstanding water stains on a carpet removed quickly and efficiently. Also had an area rug cleaned and expertly wrapped for storage. We are very pleased with the professional, courteous service; prices are reasonable as well. Great People & Company.... They came out and cleaned out our air ducts and the return. Did an amazing job!!! I was going to call carpet tech at first but they have an affordable price. I will probably be calling them soon again to clean my carpet next! They Deserve A 5 STAR Rating!

These people are amazing!!! My carpet was horrible and when they finished it looked new.. I would highly recommend this company not only to residential but businesses! We had A-Steam come out to clean our air ducts and HVAC unit. They were on-time, very professional, and did a great job at cleaning our air ducts. They were also one of the best values in town! Highly recommend their services and looking forward to having them back for other services!

I called and setup an appointment within minutes. I am very pleased that they were able to schedule me soon. I will update review after the work is finished, but so far it's been a good experience. I tried call a few other places and they weren't available.

Update: The air quality in my house is noticeably better after the cleaning was done. They did a fantastic job and was well worth the money

They've cleaned vents for us 3 times and always very professional. I had several companies no call no show on me before finding them so now they're the only one we use. They're very thorough and reasonably priced. If I could put 10 stars I would!

Phenomenal service as well as customer service. They were here promptly at the time arranged, they worked with me on how to best set up their gear, and they were extremely reasonable with pricing. Friendly staff, and my carpets look brand new. Even the problem areas they were concerned about, they ended up getting rid of. I had to attend a meeting during their service and felt extremely comfortable leaving them in my home, which it turns out I was right in thinking. They finished when they said, nothing damaged nothing broken, and I couldn't be happier. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
