Dropped off a high value rug for deep cleaning this morning and while there I asked about extermination because we have had signs of roaches in our home and that had been something we hadn’t dealt with for a long time. Crew was on site within 30 minutes. Had the house sprayed both inside and out put out extra bait traps for the mice took care of us and it was an extremely easy process was easier than anybody we have done business with great job.

Shawn at Bug Tech helped take care of major Gopher infestation on our property. Gophers were damaging our sprinkler system. He helped us understand the problem and discussed the various options with us. Came then next day and spent half a day taking care of it for us. We are really pleased with the service and especially appreciate that he took his time explaining everything.

Keoni, the technician was fantastic. He was able to explain what services he was going to provide, and also asked if there were any issues they would like for them to address. He didn't try to up sale me into getting a different service. When I asked for a particular service, he explained how it works, how it is applied and the effectiveness of the treatment. Fast, friendly, affordable, you name it! This was the first time having to have our house treated. The appointment was super easy to make and they walked me through how everything worked. The whole process only took around 45 minutes with my 15 million questions, I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg, and it's safe around my fur babies. Definitely recommend!
