Poors dirty mop water at front door very unprofessional

I have been using them for almost a year now and they have done a great job at keeping up the place. They do a thorough job and are easy to work with.

It was an awesome Deep Cleaning with Mr. Maid. Professional and very detailed. They were timely and all communication respresented exactly the work done. Look forward to using Mr. Maid for scheduled cleanings.

Mr. Maid has been doing a great job on my house. They’re very thorough and cleans everything very well. They’re not afraid to move furniture and clean. I highly recommend their services.

Hired them to do a deep cleaning - set appt the prior week for Monday @1. When 1 came - no cleaners, no messages. I finally message and get told they are running late and between 2&3. I had cancelled other plans to be here at the designated time. By 2:30 still a no show and I know there is no way I am going to get a decent job unless they are here until late evening, which I did not want. At that point I cancelled due to no show. I was really looking forward to using them long term for my home and my son's - since he works long hours and can't ever get to it. They seemed not to care that they lost a potential client. Whatever happened to professionalism and customer service?

Excellent service. Had an emergency cleaning job and Mr. Maid Cleaning service was available over the weekend and came by the same day to give me a quote, and managed to fit my budget. The job was done in less than an hour and my apartment was left spotless, definitely the best cleaning experience I've had.

First, I had difficulty obtaining service on my desired date. Then, my date was cancelled. I contacted them for rescueduling. Then, the employee did not come but failed to notify me. I had to contact them. Then, when they finally said they would come, they arrived 3 hrs late.

Second, they mentioned it would be a deep move-in cleaning, including all windows, doors, "everything that is in the house", oven etc, that they would remove tile stains in bathroom. Nothing of that was done. Oven and microwave were not cleaned, furnitures were not dusted, bathroom were rapidly cleaned and stained tiles are still stained.

Third, I had specific requests on things that I wanted to be cleaned, ie. a couple of curtains and wooden furniture, none of it was done.

Forth, when I explained to the employee that I was disapointed and that I was hoping that the invoice (which I have yet to see, first employee told me 150-250$, second guy told mee 200-700$ range) was going to reflect what I considered that the job was: i.e. they did the strict minimum, he started complaining about the house content and that it was not an empty house.

If you read the website well, it clearly states, "all cleaning needs", moving in/out, etc. Clearly, some of their employee should find another job.

Very disapointing.

I still don't know from say 1 why I didn't call another company, I guess I had committed to them and really was impressed by their website but this is almost a scam. I have used a cleaning service for many yrs in Lubbock which surpasses this without hesitation.

Never again.

They did absolutely amazing!!! Was here on time ready to go! Very respectful and professional! Competed the job in a wonderful time frame! I’m so blessed and glad I went with this company and will definitely use them again and for other things! They are a one stop shop!!!!

After the initial call, Mr. maid came out in a timely manner to give us a quote and when we accepted the great quote, they were out Here early the next week to repair our flooring and did an amazing job and went above and beyond.

Full home makeover! Floors bathroom tub tile you name it! Super efficient work and great customer service! Couldn’t be happier!

This company is an excellent company. If you need cleaning any type of work done around your house they’re excellent. They came and cleaned out my garage and did cleaning on my house today and I could not be more pleased. Anytime you need work done. Give them a call and they will be there to help. Nigel Matt and Angie were the best.

Trusting someone to come into your home is never easy, but after extensive research, I chose Married to the Mop, and I’m so glad I did. From our initial deep clean to our bi-weekly maintenance cleanings, everything has been consistently excellent. Even my 6-year-old loves cleaning day.
