Jacob and his guys did a great job at our house here in Lubbock, TX. I called with short notice to get my yard ready for sprinkler install and they had the yard looking better than ever the same day I called. I could not recommend Jacob and his crew at Lubbock’s Pro Services highly enough!

Jake and his crew are hands down the best artificial turf installers in the state of Texas. When I say SEAMLESS, there were no seams that needed to be sawed off once they were finished. Great experiences with these guys. . Have had lawn-care work done through them for a while, year and an half or so, never an issue. Heard they could install Astro-turf for residential housing when speaking to one of the crew members and decided to have the backyard done. The project was completed in reasonable time with no mess left behind. Overall I’m very satisfied and love my new turf!

Zach and his crew did a great job up until they messed up my sprinkler system. Four years old and it was working up until they added two bubbler heads. Now it doesn't work. Of course they didn't take any responsibility, but rather it was "old" and it just messed up after they messed with it. I realize sometimes coincidences do happen and I was willing to pay part but not $784 to fix the system. Even if it cost me more than $784, I'd rather hire someone else than someone who takes no responsibility, not even partially. I still have the the back yard, two difficult large side yards, and two substantial front areas to do. My guess is the total would probably run between $35,000 to $45,000 to finish those areas. I also need to have plants in three flower beds. Probably another $900. So, because Lubbock's Pro Services refused to take any responsibility and invest $784 in customer service. They lost out on an estimated $45,000 job. Great business sense Lubbock's Pro Services!

On time professional work. Travis was polite and offered quality work. Travis did not leave my location until the work was right and everything operated properly. I would highly recommend Pro Services to any of my friends and relatives here in Lubbock.

Travis ran electrical service from our home to the RV. Before starting he provided a quote which we excepted. He came out and did the work, it took less time than he thought it would take and when he left, the sight was clean and ready for use

I was very disappointed with the quality of the concrete work provided by this company.
• The finish is extremely rough, which not only looks unprofessional but also traps dirt, making cleaning very difficult.
• There are noticeable color discrepancies within the same concrete area, which makes the surface look uneven.
• The edges were left unfinished, giving the project an incomplete look.
• The speed of completion was not great either, and the overall process felt slower than expected.

I would rate the quality of work 6/10. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company and I will not be using them again for my remaining concrete work.

Super impressed by these guys. Jake and Trey did a great job helping me pick out trees and what works well in my area. Denver did a wonderful job on the install. They showed up exactly when they said they would and took great care of our yard. He even hauled off the leftover rock and items, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for landscaping.

Travis did electric work for us and he and his team were great! I highly reccomend them if you want a job done quickly, professionally, and for a good value.
