What a great service! Including connecting us with the exact resources we needed as newcomers to Lubbock. We were so pleased with the connections established for other resources, knowledge imparted and also just knowing that we have “experts” we can contact when we set about updating & improving our property’s appearance next spring & summer. Service providers were punctual, very courteous and took their time addressing our needs. 5. STAR service!!

We recently bought a rural property on a couple of acres that had been left to become completely overgrown and unruly. We contacted Lubbock General Lawn Care after deciding the scale of necessary work was beyond our capacity at the present time. These guys did an absolutely amazing job getting it back to respectable condition. They tackled multiple thick sections of 5' tall nasty weeds, mowed all the grass down with both riding and push mowers, trimmed up along multiple fence lines and around all kinds of structures, obstacles, debris piles, and trees / shrubs. They even swept all the clippings off the concrete on our back patio and around our fire pit when they were done. Pictures simply do not capture how much with they really did. We can't get over how good it looks now and makes us love our new home even more. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys for any lawn needs, big or small. They worked so hard for us and the results are more than worth it!

Avoid doing business with Lubbock General Lawn Care. I had scheduled an appointment on their website for Monday from 4PM-5PM. It was not until noon that day that the gentleman (Dakota) informed me he "doesn't work on Mondays" and that he could schedule me for tomorrow (Tuesday). If getting an estimate for a $200-$400 weekly cut / care is this inconvenient and unprofessional, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to be a regular client. A tip: 1) Fix your scheduling software on your website to only allow customers to schedule appointments on "days you want to work" 2) Don't allow someone to take off of work and wait around for you until 5:30PM to text them and let them know you're not coming.

They did a marvelous job putting in our rock. This company was dependable, friendly and very professional. I appreciate how I was treated and would definitely use them again.

Lubbock General is amazing. We were in a bind while moving our daughter into her condo for college. I called 3 companies to see if we could get the yard mowed and they were the first to respond, and were extremely fair with the pricing considering we were asking for expedited service. They showed up when they were suppose to and did an amazing job! I would trust them with any yard, anytime. Thank you for bringing fair, responsive and doing a great job. My lawn was severely neglected and overgrown, my own fault, but Lubbock general lawn Care came out and made it look fantastic. They were quick, professional, and great with communication. I would 100% recommend to anybody looking for lawn services.
